What do you guys do to keep PMS cravings at bay? I'm finding myself uncontrollable during this time of the month and really need to keep myself on track.

I've gotten to the point where I just can't have anything around that could derail me. I pack healthy snacks for work and that helps a lot.
As for at home, we do have some fun snacks for B, so I just think about where I was and how hard I've worked to be where I am now. That motivates me to stay strong.

Food is a mental game for me. It sucks, but it's worth it to stay on track.

Looking for the answer to this right now, status post 67 Girl Scout cookies to the face hole. I'm frustrated and cranky and was like ..... screw it.

My solutions aren't the best if you're trying for a clean eating approach, but when I'm craving sweets I just have things like sugar free dark chocolate pudding with strawberries on top, vanilla or coconut greek yogurt with tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips, "cookies" made from bananas , banana "ice cream" - If I allow myself to eat those things I can trick my mind and I'm at least more on track than eating other stuff

kmkd, I threw out 2 boxes of GS cookies because I had no self control. They're almost gone, thank goodness. I had hidden them from MH (and sort of from myself) but I brought them out today.

Sorry that I was zero help. But I agree with bobyn that you have to eliminate the bad things. Don't have them around. Peanut butter is my Kryptonite. If it's around I will eat it. Also not helpful: but when I'm PMS'ing I will eat PB by the spoonful and sprinkle mini chocolate chips (from my secret stash of baking items that H would eat if he knew about) on said spoonful.
When I can control myself I try to give myself a small amount of what I'm craving and leave it at that (sometimes it even works). And planning ahead is crucial too, I need to have lots of healthy options to combat the bad cravings. And stay away from booze, because then I'd just be huddled in the corner of the kitchen, eating PB, watching Netflix on my phone while hiding from my kids.

I buy a piece of cake instead of the whole thing 😉 it's really hard to not binge so I'm working hard on buying a small portion and sharing with H or the kids instead of the whole bag of treats.

Not having it around is my solution. I've had to seek out other options instead. Fruit is helpful for me- sweet cherries and peaches are my go to. I usually have nuts around too but I was out this month. Those seem to help me a lot.
