I should do this. But realistically I can't even get myself to stop eating like I am 9 months pregnant, not sure if I will actually find motivation to exercise!

I'm going to try. I'm been really great with my push-ups and squats and jumping jacks, but I need more cardio. I'm not going to take pictures or do measurements. I'm really concerned only with how I feel and how my clothes fit.

I'm really concerned only with how I feel and how my clothes fit. I never did measurements but I’m so glad I did pictures. My before was very eye opening and my after is motivating now that I have baby weight to lose, like ok I did it once, I can do it again. Going to do my before now.

Ok I did measurements and took pics this morning. I had done measurements and “before” pics right when I started working out again pp, and I hadn’t felt a huge change, but here is a change in the pics (I think) and measurements. I definitely recommend taking a before pic, even though it sucks, because you can see the changes in a side by side photo so much more!

kim22 I just look at your B&A pics to see if I'm supposed to be in my bra and underwear. That is an amazing transformation for only 3 months! You have inspired me.

OK so I keep coming into this thread and I really want to commit and do it. I've tried it a couple times and really...I find exactly zero joy in working out, but I know that it's good for me.
You know how some people have the devil and angel on their shoulder, this is more like a comfy couch complete with wine and snuggly blanket and a yoga mat and weights on the other side. I dont know what to choose, WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Thanks, I keep looking at it to inspire myself. I did complete 7.0 after the baby but I didn’t eat well so my results were not as great so I know the food is important.

How do you handle vacations during this? We are doing Disney again in September so I won't be exercising then. Do I just double up the following week? I also realize I have a work trip in August but that will be easier to do some in the room alone.

My sister does them religiously, but I would much rather leave my house and my kids to run or go to the gym. However, I think it will be fun to do here with you ladies and I need the accountability. Ok peer pressure got to me I'll do it.
So to recap my life, I'm living off of 1200 calories per day, 65% less carbs and now 20 minutes of working out.
I better be 20 lbs lighter this time next week.

Its a Saturday early AM to Thursday evening. I can definitely double up so I don't have to worry about it.
My work trip I will have my laptop so I can do whatever doesn't require weights because I am not packing those.

Just view her cardio days as 20min cardio which you will get there
