I think peachsmama and kim22 we’re talking about doing a 90 day challenge. I want in on this. It will be my first time. Anyone else up for it? What equipment do I need? I haven’t been running as much due to the muggy weather and time restrictions but I have a 5k in September so I need to strengthen and need something I can do at home alone with C. I’m under goal weight but pretty floppy. C has been calling my muscles squishy so that’s some motivation.

I'm up for it. All you need is some free weights. And a yoga mat depending on the flooring you're working out on. The carpet hurts my hands. I have 5, 8 and 10 pound weights. I use mostly 8 and 10. But if a move is new or challenging I use 5's.
I forget which one we did last time but I was wanting to try one of her older ones. Like 3 or 4.

What exactly is BBM? I'm just starting to work out again and could use some motivation. Definitely a beginner www.bikinibodymommy.comIt’s home workouts about 25 mins a day 6 days a week. Seems doable. And Kim and Peach’s results were pretty impressive.

I think people were saying they didn't like the more recent versions, can't remember if that was 6.0 or 7.0 that weren't as good as others.

Me!! I'm also easing back into running wedding and need to get strong again after baby. Also floppy over here. I've never done BBM but I'm willing to give it a shot.

I have done 5.0 and 7.0 in their entirety and phase 3 of 6.0. I started 1.0 out of curiosity a few weeks ago but it was slow because she was explaining a lot of how it was going to work so I stopped. I never kept track in the workbook and I did not use her meal plans. Only thing I ever paid for was the abs series. I lost 20 pounds with 5.0 then got pregnant. Lost about 15 with 7.0 but I was not eating good breastfeeding so it was different. I’m good to try any of them and will track better if we all want to do that.

6.0 is when Briana gets shingles so it’s a little slow IMO. 5.0 was more challenging I felt, like by the end she was doing 4 rounds of tabatas when in the newer ones she never does more than 2 rounds. I will look for my before/after 5.0 photos and post them again.

I will look for my before/after 5.0 photos and post them again. That's because during 7.0 she also did 3 other series at the same time. Surge has tabata and then the VIP and extreme groups. Now she has the 14day fat blaster.

I ran through a few of the 4.0 and didn't see any kids. But it's straight Cardio and Strength all the way through. So maybe 5.0? I like tabatas.

Works for me, but I need instructions. Do I go to this website and sign up for a specific thing? You can go to the site and create an account without paying. And then as you do the challenge it'll tell you how complete you are, and she has instruction cards for certain workouts, you can print out a calendar to check off. I find the website helpful. But you can also just go to YouTube and type in bikini body mommy 5.0 day whatever.

If you are trying to figure out what version yo do she posts weekly sets that are a mix from each of her programs. The idea of maintaining loss after 7. Might have more variety but may be harder impact to start with
