tgrimes Step away from the Disney website! You must have everything already, right? Lol. Someone needs to take my credit card away! I just got M a disney princess stationary set with a carrying case. It was on sale and 40% off. It's like they were giving it away!

Yay Friday! It is a beautiful fall like day today so I have windows open, so nice! No plans tonight but we’re sending the kids to ILs tomorrow until Tuesday.
H did great with potty training yesterday while we were home but he didn’t seem into his morning so hopefully it’s not a terrible day at daycare.
The bag I wanted at the Nordstrom sale came back in stock and I impulse bought it. Now I’m having buyers remorse and will probably end up sending it back. But hey, free shipping and returns so I’m not out anything.

So looking forward to the end of day today. It's MH's last free weekend for a while with football starting next week. I should have taken today off so we could have done something fun. We're thinking about driving up to go to a kids museum/science center tomorrow and then going to splurge on a good meal, but we'll see. I need to get some errands done tonight, so I won't feel behind come Sunday.

slenle Ha! I was getting worried that one of my orders was going to get cancelled, but I just got the shipping notice today. It was a North Face that I'm hoping will work. I am sending one of the sweaters I bought back. I like it, but buyer's remorse. I think I can find something similar for less than $60.

tgrimes , I think we are going this weekend. Does it work nationwide? Are you sure you can't use it? We already saw it. I got it for purchasing a movie on amazon prime and the promo code is through sony. I didn't want to click any further just in case I redeemed it or something. PM me your email address and I'll forward it to you. Hopefully you can use it. Thanks! Pm'd you.

I got a notice that my Target shipment will be delivered today. I had to look up what it was. It is Cadence's new backpack that I forgot I ordered.

Ugh. I just went to pack up our air mattress and it has mold on it. Now I probably need to go buy one but I don’t want to spend much and I’ve been spoiled with a double high one for so long. #fwp

Mh is buying tickets for us to go see Snow White towards the end of August. It's jst the original animated movie. He said he went on a field trip to the theater and he wants Cadence to see a movie there too. It's the Paramount, not a regular movie theater.

Ha ha ha! Awesome. I'm not sure what all of the plans are yet. We fly in Friday night, the party is at noon Saturday and we leave Sunday at 5 from Atlanta. Maybe I can sneak away a bit for a drink or something.

I switched to Tide free and clear last time I bought laundry detergent but I don’t think it’s doing a good job of cleaning our clothes. What is your favorite sensitive skin detergent?

trtlcrzy, we alternate between tide free and clear and the All version of free and clear, I can't remember what it's called. I don't have a problem with either of them, and have been using whichever I have a coupon for forever. I just googled. It's also called free and clear.

Earlier in the day I promised MH I'd watch Castle Rock with him. What are guster's feelings about this decision at 7:13pm? A. She have no desire to see it B. It's going to scare the bejesus out of her. C. She'll probably fall asleep D. She'd rather be in bed watching old Grey's Anatomy E. All of the above
Hint: it's E!

We are watching the greatest showman. So far the kids haven’t lost interest, but the pizza is helping. We’ll see how long it lasts

Maybe you all can entertain me? Talk to me about ripped jeans. I have lots of pairs that have minimal rips in them. But I had been eyeing a pair of the TomGirl jeans (that I called Tommy girl jeans and tomcat jeans ... to the people in the store). Anyway the ones I like (and bought) have lots of holes (lots! --Also, they're button fly which is very 90s! which makes sense because I saw hundreds of scrunchies for sale). Ilove them, but I'm trying to figure out if they're just weekend appropriate. Can I do preschool drop off in them?

I want a pair of ripped Jean's, but I think I bvb want a medium level of rips. And I need a comfy waistband. However, not having seen your jeans, I say totally preschool drop off appropriate! Eta: unless they have scandalous rips, but you dont seem the type. Like super high thigh, showing butt cheek..

I mean, it's lucky if I've brushed my teeth and have clothes without spit up on them for preschool drop-off, so I say they're totally fine...

mamabear, I had good luck with cloth headbands til about 18 months, then I switched to those cotton goody hair ties. They stayed in place, but didn't pull hair out when I tried to remove them.

They aren't scandalous, but it definitely seems like more leg than denim in the front. I'll try to snap a pic tomorrow. And yes, @wine, they are super comfy!!

What brand headband? I've had trouble finding sizes for 1 year olds...seems like it jumps from newborn/infant to little girl I had them from everywhere-- carters, the gap, Janie and Jack, Target.

guster Totally preschool drop off appropriate. I love my tomgirl jeans. I’ve even wore them to the pedi last time I went with M2.
