She was 11 weeks on Tuesday. No stats I can think of. We’re getting first giggles. All the drool, so bibs have been bought. She still fits in newborn onesies, but sleepers are too snug/short. She had her first on the outside trip to ikea last week. None for her until September, nothing for me until November unless I decide to make an iud appointment between now & going to Vegas in September. Skinny Taste pesto chicken & cous cous bowls.

1. How old is baby? 12 weeks today Any stats you want to share? I bought a baby scale for home bc her weight gain has been slow and we are just keeping an eye on it. She’s about 10.5lbs. 2. Symptoms/milestones? She can roll belly to back. Lots of smiling. Laughing. Lots of slobber. 3. Appointments? Just her therapies for feeding 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? Who knows. I have no meat to cook. 5. Pics please!

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? 5w. She had her 1 month visit yesterday and she’s 21.75in and 10lb! She’s gained a pound since birth. Her percentiles have dropped (she was up in the 90s at birth) but she’s gaining well so the dr wasn’t worried. DD1 has always been a 50th percentile kid so I’m not surprised. 2. Symptoms/milestones? I walked all over IKEA today and my hips and pelvis really hurt. F is smiling more and more and having more awake and pleasant periods. 3. Appointments? F will have her 2 month appointment in a month. 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? Either we’re going out or I’m making sweet potato gnocchi with sausage and roasted green beans. 5. Pics please!

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? 10 weeks. Got her weighed yesterday at her appointment about possible dairy intolerance and she’s 5.44kg. Gained 2.2kg since birth. So she’s around 11 lb 16 oz. quite long but no measurement.
2. Symptoms/milestones? Reflux resolved only to be replaced with green frothy poos. Waiting for results of stool samples on Monday. Really crossing everything she’s not dairy intolerant and it’s just something else.
3. Appointments? We’ll see what comes out of these tests.
4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? Decided to cut dairy so made my first dinner with no milk or cheese; that’s really unusual for me! We had chicken with ratatouille style sauce.
5. Pics please! POOF I’m probably just looking for symptoms now but she doesn’t smile all that often so I’m worried she feels sick in her tummy. Anxious for the results to come back. Lots of talking type noises which are cute plus some rolling from side to side. Such a strong neck and back.

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? 5 weeks, 7lbs6oz as of yesterday 2. Symptoms/milestones? His weight gain is slowing down again. He only gained 17g a day between his appointment two weeks ago and yesterday. He's growing quite a bit though, and is very strong. He's able to hold his head up and look around for a few seconds during tummy time. 3. Appointments? We're going to be meeting with our public health nurse on Tuesday, and we go back for another check with the postnatal nurse on Wednesday. He may have to have his lip tie checked out by the ENT but we'll know that then. 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? I had leftovers with my mom. Chicken, sweet potato, and corn. She's not so good at using her leftovers so I'm trying to go into her fridge and suggest meals 5. Pics please! We went swimming for the first time on Monday. It was a bit chilly so he wasn't a fan. I think it will be better when we go to the Y and we can get in the heated pool.

adeline hoping it’s not dairy intolerance for your sake! Green frothy stool and obvious pain/gas can be symptoms of lactose overload. Turns out foremilk & hindmilk imbalance isn’t really a thing because foremilk & hindmilk aren’t so clearly defined as once thought. BUT some babies do take in larger quantities of lower fat milk which passes through the intestines faster and causes lactose overload- symptoms being the aforementioned green frothy stool, pain, and gas. www.laleche.org.uk/health-professionals/fat-content-breastmilk-faqs/Longer intervals between feedings and/or oversupply may correlate with lactose overload.

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? - 5 weeks. At his appointment Tuesday he weighed 9lb15oz. 50th %ile for weight, height, and head circumference. 2. Symptoms/milestones? - he’s getting better at holding his head up! I would like to stop bleeding. A friend reminded me if I were taking it easy instead of doing chores and chasing a preschooler all the time I might have stopped bleeding by now. Oh well. 3. Appointments? - next week for my postpartum. Next month for J. 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? - pork loin, either baked or mashed potatoes, broccoli. 5. Pics please! ((poof))

lily I feel like that could be an issue. Good points. W feeds very regularly and I need to figure out how to spread out her feeds more. Longer naps probably. I hope it’s just that!

3. Appointments? I’ll weigh them next week for their 3 months.
4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? A cold salad of poached salmon, potatoes, beans and dill. It’s so hot here i can’t do a hot dinner.

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? 8 weeks yesterday. Was 10.5lbs and 23.5” at her appointment last week. 2. Symptoms/milestones? Still having jaundice, did the blood test last Friday and she came back as 8 so not alarming but not below 5 where she should be. I have to keep an eye on things and need to being her to a ped in France if I see it going down her neck again. I really do hope it is just breastmilk jaundice and not something with her liver 😥 3. Appointments? Not until she is 4 months unless jaundice gets worse. I will go back end of August to get my IUD placed. 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? No idea ! Lol. Either BBQ or home made pizza. 5. Pics please!

1. How old is baby? Any stats you want to share? 5 weeks; 8 lbs, 4 oz as of his 1 months check up
2. Symptoms/milestones? Still spitting up but we had a good day yesterday so I’m hoping it’s improving and it wasn’t just a fluke. He’s doing great with head control despite hating tummy time. I’m just praying he doesn’t get HFM from big brother!
3. Appointments? 2 month on 8/16; my 6 week check is scheduled for Thursday
4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? Idk
5. Pics please!

1. How old is baby? 3 months and 1 week Any stats you want to share? She's about 8.5lbs. 2. Symptoms/milestones? She's done pretty well at daycare the last three weeks. She still sleeps a lot but I'm unsure if I should go by her adjusted age for sleep or her actual. She is normally awake for 45 minutes to an hour before she naps again. She can roll from her belly to back and smiles a lot. 3. Appointments? Our next appointment is in August for her 4 month and a visit with a developmental specialist at the end of August (basically just a follow up since she was early). 4. GTKY: what’s for dinner? We had pork chops and roasted sweet potatoes. 5. Pics please! From today and my 3 yr old stealing my pump stuff so she could pump her belly. She wouldn't let me have it til she was done. Lol.

ajm E is 12 weeks and she just now started stretching her awake time to 60-80 minutes. She used to be 45-60 like clockwork. So I’d say it’s probably normal for her given her adjusted age

I feel very FTM about it because my DD just didn’t sleep I guess.

I have a hard time getting DS to sleep if he's only been up 45 minutes, it seems to work better if I wait closer to an hour and a half. I wish I could get him down more often...
