Hi hi! It's my Friday too, mwhip! I'm leaving work at 2 and hoping to get on the road for up north by 3:30. This will all depend on MH who has yet to pack one single thing and just told me he has to stop at the store on his way home... so, we'll see. |

MH: No, I'm going to go to Costco to get it.
Yesterday:
Me: Did you get the liquor?
MH: No, can you stop and get it tomorrow?

Also, every SINGLE day this week: Me: I'm going to the store, do you want me to get the liquor for the trip? MH: No, I'm going to go to Costco to get it. Yesterday: Me: Did you get the liquor? MH: No, can you stop and get it tomorrow? Ha! This is totally something my H would do. We decided we would do vodka and crystal light this weekend (thanks sands42), he wanted to check the liquor stash before we bought any. Of course the vodka we have is cheap and old, so he said we should by more. Which means I need to stop tonight and buy some. I'm kicking myself now...before I left my last job, so 2.5 years ago, my boss gave me a large bottle of Grey Goose for Christmas. I don't drink vodka, so I ended up giving it to my in laws like a year later. I wish I still had it now. |

Morning!
Dropped B at camp and now C and I are on the hunt for new rugs for the bathroom I painted last week.
Looks like rain today; I was hoping we could have a pool day. DH is supposed to have a flight but if weather is bad, he’ll be home to help entertain the offspring. 🙌🏻

No, put the stuff in the car and go. We have 3 kids and a 4 hour drive, let's get up there so I can pour myself some wine and sit lakeside! ETA: MH also always insists on stopping like 4 times. No. We only stop if the kids need to stop! |

Morning! Going to the lake sounds like fun! We are going to the mall in a little bit to do the build a bear thing. DH is home sick from work so I’m going to work at the garden center earlier today while the girls are napping.

About a month ago, H got a scratch on his forehead. It was not very deep at all and didn't even bleed. He has a huge scar. I hope he's not Harry Potter forever...

I'm feeling better this morning, but chose to stay home just in case it starts up again. I'll go back to work tomorrow.
After school Cadence has a pool playdate with some of her friends. Hoping this means an easy bedtime tonight.
Sunshine is still battling her URI, but seemed perkier this morning. Lady Jaye is sneezing a bit, but it hasn't gotten any worse.

It’ll make him even more handsome! 😉 Landon has a Harry Potter scar because for awhile as a toddler even single time he fell he hit the exact center of his forehead in the same spot! |

Morning all! It’s my Friday too and we leave for California mid day tomorrow! I’m excited for the beach, and for my in laws to take over most of my parenting duties! We went to our friends house last night to bbq and swim and have drinks. Today I’m getting a spray tan for our trip and then I’m home bound until I can wash it off. I need to hit target for car snacks and I’m debating going to the mall and checking out the build a bear thing.

They're more scared of us than we are of them. She disagrees. She kept telling me she was afraid it was going to get her while she was sleeping. MH tried to tell her it wouldn't be able to crawl up in her bed and she reminded him that they crawl up the side of the house. She has a point. |

Morning! I am at the ILs. H is working remotely from here, the oldest is at camp, the next two are at VBS and Theo went along for the ride. Miss Bea and I are still in bed.
We went and looked at giant vehicles yesterday. Once Bea is out of the bucket seat, we run out of room in our minivan, so H wants a Suburban. Mama is going to need a back-up camera to drive that boat 😳

Good morning! In addition to the blood eye I’m enjoying on vacation, I had plugged ducts again in both breasts for the past 2 days. H took the kids to mini golf while I spent the morning unclogging. I think I’m good to go now so when they return, we will head to the beach. My dad came back down last night which is good because it’s a little chillier today but he will still go in the water with the kids.

Well forget build a bear. Apparently they already closed all the lines. Our mall doesn’t even open for another hour and it’s shut down. I think this is going to be a pr nightmare for build a bear.

Morning.
I dropped M2 off then hit the gym. After showering and breakfast, I am now sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back for my IUD. I took an ibuprofen 800 an hour ago so I’m hoping that helps if there is to be any pain inserting the thing. I had my last one 2 months after M was born and it was no big deal, but for some reason I have it in my head that since I waited so long it’s going to hurt. I really hope that’s not the case.
After this I have to pack for our trip home for the funeral. I hope I can get that done and still have time for a nap before the boys get home.
Safe travels to those going on trips today or tomorrow!

B got a big scratch/scrape on his forehead when he was about H's age. (Naturally we had family pics the next week so I was not delighted.) It left a scar for a bit but was mostly gone after a couple months, and you can't even tell now. I did use Mederma on it for awhile. No idea if that helped or not but it made me feel better  |

trtlcrzy chrisy01 @everyonethatistechnolgicallysmarterthanme Is there a way for me to download my digital movies from itunes, vudu or movies anywhere onto a flash drive or soemthing compatible with the kids kindle? I can only download 2 movies on the ipad and for our roadtrip I'd like more. M can never make her mind up about anything. On our trip to cali she told me she wanted 2 movies and then once we were on the plane she changed her mind. I have a verbatim dual drive but it doesn't look like you can put movies on it, only pics & videos you've taken. I do feel qualified to drive a tank now! lahdeedah Funny, I was way more worried about my 2nd IUD (post-C), too, and like you I waited quite some time after she was born to have it placed. We're home from camp and C is napping while B and I eat. I'd like to get some housework done and maybe, hopefully, take a shower? #goals DH will have a ground lesson if he doesn't fly due to weather, so there goes my idea of pawning the kids off on him for the afternoon  I have such a good feeling about this new school; B seems to love it and can't wait to go back next week, and people just seem so much friendlier. I struck up a conversation with another mom at pick-up, and she invited me to the church's MOPS group, was telling me more about the preschool program, etc. I just never really made any connections at his old school...maybe it was me, but it seemed most people stuck to themselves or were just not very welcoming to 'outsiders'. |

Ugh.
X is having a tough time. He doesn't seem to be in pain but he's having extreme separation anxiety. At school drop-off he had the meltdown of all meltdowns that resulted in hyperventilating and vomiting and a full hour of alligator death rolls. Obviously, I took him home. Hope he can reset a bit after a nap.
