I can’t stop thinking about pie. All the pie. Fruit pie. Savory pie. All of it. I don’t even like pie, but apparently baby does. 🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧

thelittleredm, do you have diastasis recti from your earlier pregnancies? Asking because of the back pain. Mine has started too already but because I finally know pre-pregnancy that I have DR, I am asking for a physical therapy appt right away to help combat it. I asked my PT post partum last time, in anticipation of #3, and she said absolutely they can help during this time. Just a thought!

Last time around, I just saw one of the OBs in the clinic every couple weeks because he's licensed for prenatal chiropractic work and he would readjust my hips. I never even thought about it having to do with DR.

One of them was gone before I left the parking lot. 😂 Annnnd now I really want pie...

I had tacos for dinner and though I only ate two... plus many chips and salsa I am still soooo full hours later. My digestion is so slow. I should have known better! I was just so happy to find something I actually wanted to eat!

thelittleredm Worth checking! It was honestly life changing for me to realize I had it. I will have it forever but at least I know how to better manage it. Darn big babies... Good thing they're cute. 😜

hrh I'm going to ask my midwife about it. Neither of my boys were big big but I definitely got huge with them.

thelittleredm And I am totally going to ask about chiro, I didn't know OBs could do that but it makes total sense! I just can't go through the back pain a third time. So regardless of the cause for each of us I am here to commiserate with you. 😂

hrh how big were your babies? I’m a little scared about how big this baby might be, even though my recovery after my 9.1 lber was a breeze compared to my 8.2 lb baby.

Mine was 6 pounds 13 oz. I’m hoping for another one that size this time around.

k my first was 8 lbs 1 oz, my second was 9 lbs 13 oz. I am definitely terrified of this one. notagoddess I am so jealous of a lovely 6-7 pounder! 😂 That's perfect! I have had gestational diabetes every time (PCOS) and expect to again so I will do what I can to keep this one from topping the last.

hrh, Yes! 😂 The back pain is the worst. I'd gladly deal with all the rest of it if I didn't have the back pain. My first was 6lbs 11oz and the second was 7lbs 14oz but man do they do a number.

DH's family are all pretty big... He's 6'4" and 250... He constantly teases that we're going to have a 20 lb baby. But I read that being on lovenox leads to smaller than average babies, I'm hoping for the seven pound range. Every time I crave sweets I try to think about that!!

I have zero concept of normal baby sizes. My kids who were 3lbs10oz (33w6d with IUGR) and 4lbs8oz at 36w (and I had GD). I'm hoping to make it 38w and have a 6-7lb baby.

DD was 6lb3oz at 39 weeks, so maybe it’s true. My US is Tuesday, and if all goes well, I’m sure I’ll be starting Lovenox that night. It was such a pain, but my baby girl was worth it!

Mine were 8 lb. 5 oz. and 8 lb. 9 oz. That was just fine, thank you and I do not need for this LO to try to outdo his or her siblings!

thelittleredm I have to advocate for PT not only bc it’s my profession, but because it works! A good PT will teach you techniques to help manage your pain, build core strength to hopefully improve your function. Talk with your OB about getting a referral
