Martha, the kitten, is still a snotty mess and now Sunshine has started sneezing. I immediately dosed her with lysine, so I'm hoping we can keep it from getting as bad as Martha has it. Martha gets a little better each day. She really enjoys chasing Cadence around the house and Lady J finally played with her last night too!...granted it was a little rough, but still at least they interacted in a more friendly manner. Work today and then tomorrow I'm hoping to take Cadence on an adventure that involves riding the metrorail(part of her summer bucket list) downtown. We'll see how it goes, it may get rained out  |

Morning. Last night S woke up crying so I went in to soothe her. She was pretty hot so I gave her some Tylenol, which she gagged on and then threw up. I did eventually convince her to take the rest of it and then she spent the rest of the night in my bed. This morning her temp was 103, I have a dr appt for her in about an hour. I’m hoping she pees in the potty this time.
In other news, the girls are obsessed with the guinea pig. I walked out to the living room this morning and H says “I’m petting the piggy and watching tennis!” So weird. She’s very concerned that the piggy has food and water. I’m glad she’s enjoying herself because we will not ever get one.

I bought Cadence Prince Eric and Kristoph to go with her Ariel and Anna dolls. The first thing she did was make Eric and Ariel kiss.....maybe this was a bad idea.

OH- and something so weird happened at the fireworks when I was in Gainesville this week. I saw this girl out of the corner of my eye who looked kinda like someone I know but I didn’t really even look at her because I don’t know ANYONE in Gainesville so obviously it wasn’t her. I walked right by her and she goes- ARE YOU FROM BLOOMINGTON??? It was her!!! The mom of someone who was in Giovanna’s preschool class! They are there for the summer for her husband’s work. SO weird that I even actually saw her!

Morning! Dh and I are both off today. He just took the kids to daycare. We’re going to clean up he basement now that the drywall is done and haul out all the scraps. Then we have a day date of golfing this afternoon. It’s the most beautiful day out so it should be great!

Hi from vacation!! I'm going to get up to run in a few minutes but it's been nice not waking up to an alarm. And drinking and eating too much, not cleaning up after kids, and having adult conversation.  It's been great so far and we've talked to the boys for a few minutes each evening, though they're having a lot of fun with their grandparents and can't be too bothered with us. I haven't even been trying to keep up since I'm trying to limit my phone use to pictures and looking up info, but I wanted to say check in. I hope everyone is having a good week!! |

I'm kid free! The first time in over a week. Took the boys to the sitter's and I'm eating breakfast in the bank parking lot with my coffee. Going to get my nails done after this, then I'm running to the post office. I have some work to do this afternoon. But after being cooped up with sick kids, I needed to get out for a little bit. And my mom is home and I'm annoyed with her at the moment, so I don't really want to see her.

Morning! Just popping in to say hi. We got in yesterday around 2:30 and my sister brought the baby over later in the day. He slept the whole time but oh my goodness is he precious. She is doing beautifully and motherhood totally suits her. The kids were absolutely smitten; I knew B would be excited but C just wanted to sit next to his carrier and pet him, lol.
We’re taking lunch over to their new house in a bit, and my dad is taking B out to play putt-putt.

I got to work at 6am and am leaving at 1. My afternoon plans consist of Panera lunch, Jane the Virgin, and a nap. My parents are picking C up from school today and we are going over tonight to celebrate my and my mom's bdays which aren't until Monday. Then C is staying over there for the first time with his cousins. I hate him being away again. He was up late last night because we had a lot to catch up on and he was actually being snuggly. My mom wants to have him so bad though and he will have fun so I am allowing it.

E and I were suppose to go visit C at his work today but the guy deciding on his promotion will be touring his store so we will be going another day instead. I'm waiting to hear back from my cousin who is visiting on when she would like to meet E. Besides that it's suppose to be 115 degrees today so we are staying inside. cagoldi hope your air conditioners work in this heat. If not, you are welcome over here. |

Urine test was negative so no UTI. Dr suggested miralax to see if poop is the reason she’s been having accidents. Other than that we’re treating like a virus at this point. The good news is she’s happy when her temp is down.

My wine fridge is on the fritz and I've been looking for another one that's not ridiculously expensive. I made a comment to my MIL about it and she mentioned that they were looking for a bigger one. H was causing a raucous during the short conversation but I think I heard her say we could have theirs, if they could ever agree on one. FFFC I just sent her a text about which brands were good or if there were any to stay away from in hopes that she'll mention it again. Most of the sales are only good through this weekend and I'd rather not spend money if I don't have to. I'm terrible.  |

My favorite nail tech had a line 4 people deep so I let someone else do them. I'm not happy.. cathy only from now on damn it.
A burned his hand bad at work. waiting to hear if he's leaving or not. He never tells me about burns so it must be bad..

He said he's got a half dollar size open spot on the top of his hand, I hope he's forgetting how big a half dollar is.. |
