Weeks pregnant: 7w0d
Baby is the size of a: wee raspberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out!
Appointments: The 9th...1st US on the 10th
Symptoms: constant nausea, sore breasts, food aversions, fatigue
Milestones: Nothing yet:/
Rants/Raves/Vents: DD is being so good. It's just her and I and it has been so hot we haven't been able to go outside the past few days due to heat warnings. But she let's me take a short nap each afternoon and has been such a little doll. She still adamantly does not want a baby so I'm trying to slowly warm her to the idea. We've been playing taking care of baby a lot the last couple of days.

Weeks pregnant: 6w3d
Baby is the size of a: Hashtag (this size tracker I found that isn't the typical fruit one is hilarious)
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: Must know
Appointments: Had lab intake on Friday. First appointment and US with Midwife scheduled for Friday the 13th!
Symptoms: My nausea has kicked up another level this week and I basically spend every waking moment trying not to throw up. I have major food aversions to just about everything. I haven't told anyone yet so this makes work extra fun :\
Milestones: Another week of First tri down.
Rants/Raves/Vents: I was not expecting to have such intense symptoms so early. I didn't with my other pregnancies and this is really hitting me hard. Plus summer heat, trying to keep with 2 kids, working full time, and keep up with the house are wearing me down.

Weeks pregnant: 11, time flies when you’re on vaca
Baby is the size of a: lime!
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: 💚
Appointments: not til July 11 🙁. Was supposed to be Thursday 🙄
Symptoms: I felt great all week at the beach, and as soon as we drove off the island I started feeling super nauseous and DH almost had to pull over several times.
Milestones: baby is now a fetus!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I’m still annoyed with my OB office. I tried calling this morning to see if they had any openings and the lady answering phones was not pleasant.
I think we are going to still try to take our sparkler pics tonight and maybe just share with friends and the rest of family tomorrow. Probably won’t do a FB announcement until next week. would that be weird?

Baby is the size of a: troll doll! Or a beet
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: ttm
Team: blue
Appointments: tomorrow
Symptoms: the nausea, still. Stupid varicose veins
Milestones: ? Not a whole lot going on right now!

Weeks pregnant: 5+4 Baby is the size of a: Apple seed FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM Team: finding out Appointments: last Friday, first ultrasound showed gestational and yolk sacs measuring right on! Next ultrasound this Friday for fetal pole, hoping for a heartbeat. Symptoms: nausea (worst in morning), rare vomiting, migraines, utter exhaustion, sore boobs, so bloated I look really and truly pregnant. Milestones: already grew two cup sizes! Bought brass at VS semi annual sale yesterday, 34DDD. DH is pretty much drooling and praying they stop being so sore lol. I always lose weight first and gain it last in my boobs so I'm hoping pregnancy will reverse some of the affects of years of weight fluctuations on my figure. Rants/Raves/Vents: just before we got KU, I put in notice at work, with the plan of writing full time. Popped in there today to finish up some things and was so excited to share the news with some close co-workers that I might not see again. Most were crazy excited for me (got lots of tears from those who knew about my losses). One 50-ish lady said, "you'rer not supposed to tell people yet." Um, I was telling you because we worked closely all year and I was happy for you to know, thanks for judging.

Baby is the size of a: Blueberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM

Appointments: OB coordinator on 7/16
Symptoms: I was feeling ok until the last few days. Now I have crazy breast soreness and all I want to do is nap. Intermittent nausea.
Milestones: Heartbeat confirmed last week!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I napped on Saturday AND on Sunday. It was divine. The house is a mess, but...naps.

k Definitely not weird! That will be a cute announcement. redhead610 Buttered noodles were my dinner last night, too. That was pretty much the only thing in the kitchen that sounded remotely tolerable. sunshiney As much as I hate the breast soreness, I always welcome the boost in cup sizes. Definitely a welcome trade-off. Also, wtf to your coworker? You get to announce when you want to...your pregnancy, your rules. That’s how this works.

Baby is the size of a: sweet pea
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: finding out
Appointments: not until the 16th
Symptoms: I'm still recovering from a nasty stomach bug so not sure what symptoms are attributable to what. Just trying to hydrate.
Milestones: nothing of note
Rants/Raves/Vents: Hiding pregnancy from my family over the 4th will be a challenge but not having many symptoms will help. Grateful I can still drink coffee, that totally turned my stomach my last two pregnancies!

Weeks pregnant: 8w 3d
Baby is the size of a: Peanut M&M
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: I haven't decided yet.
Appointments: Tomorrow is my first appointment with my midwife.
Symptoms: Lack of appetite and soooooooo tired I can hardly function.
Milestones: Both times I have made it this far I have taken home a baby.

wildflowers don't beat yourself up. First trimester is so tough especially with other kids. Survival is all I aim for! I fell asleep on the couch tonight while the kids watched cartoons. They didn't care but I had meant to clean up the kitchen during that time! i hope you start feeling a little better soon.

Hugs, wildflowers. That is an awesome milestone to hit, congrats! And you are definitely not alone. It is a rite of passage that the other kid/s learn independence and how to deal with boredom (life skill!) while mom is busy creating he most amazing gift of a new brother or sister. My kid learned all about purple martins from the Wild Kratts today while his brother and I napped. 😉 No guilt!

wildflowers +1 to what everyone else has said. I'm exhausted and nauseous constantly. Throw my previous loss in and I'm not doing anywhere near what I normally do with DD. We do what we can but have to do what is best for us during pregnancy.

Team: GREEN!
Appointments: Thursday! Intake and US
Symptoms: still wicked tired, nausea appears to have lessened *knocks on wood*

redhead610 so exciting that we now have people in second tri!! TashaLa solidarity on the clothes. I am so self conscious right now. I started this pregnancy heavier than I have ever been and feel like I will be making people play the “pregnant or just fat?” game for many weeks to come 😬 Weeks pregnant: 10+3 Baby is the size of a: strawberry/Lego man FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM Team: 💚💚💚 Appointments: had my intake and blood draw appointment last week. I have to start taking baby aspirin again because of my BP and they’re making me do a 24 hour urine catch again too 🙄 First OB visit on 7/17, followed by my NT scan! So excited/nervous to see LO again. Symptoms: the nausea and food aversions have eased up big time the past 2-3 weeks. I’m trying not to worry about that and just focus on how it’s super cool because I’m on vacation this week and eating all the things. The exhaustion is pretty bad but I have gotten to nap every day so far and plan to continue the trend. I’m moody and my skin is breaking out. Milestones: I’ve got myself a fetus now! Rants/Raves/Vents: see all of the above lol

notagoddess I've been living in anything stretchy for the past couple of weeks. The bloat was my first indication that I was pregnant. It has only grown since then:/

Weeks pregnant: 10+5
Baby is the size of a: Prune
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out
Appointments: I had my 9 week appointment last week! I was measuring a little bit ahead so they bumped my due date up. There was a strong heartbeat of 181BPM and we got to see the baby moving all around during the ultrasound.
Symptoms: Still really nauseous. Every single morning, I wake up between 3-7am and either throw up stomach acid or dry heave which is pretty terrible. Heartburn at night, still really tired, and I pretty much hate all food.
Milestones: Just really excited to only be a week away from being able to tell more people!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm very over the first trimester. Feeling crappy all the time has really taken a toll, I've barely worked out and I just dont feel like myself. I'm really looking forward to eating well again, exercising and just having more energy.

@janelane I totally get all of this. I'm not even worrying about working out while pregnant. I'll worry about getting back to myself once baby is here. It's easier for me to workout with a newborn than it is when I am constantly nauseous. I figure it's enough that I'm chasing DD around all day long:/

I’ve been walking but that’s about all I can manage right now. I had a bad night last night for feeling sick and I don’t feel very good right now either. It’s been weeks of feeling bad I just feel like crying trying to work like I’m fine when I feel so rotten. 😪

It’s been weeks of feeling bad I just feel like crying trying to work like I’m fine when I feel so rotten. 😪 I can relate 100% to trying to act like all is well at work while feeling like crap. This week was extra busy at work and I felt like I literally spent every single minute trying not to throw up. It is really taking a toll on me emotionally.
