Just a local minor league baseball but we are going with DS1’s hockey team. Still sounds like fun, especially if the beer is cheaper than the food 😜. Ha! Yes, we went to a minor league game Monday...pleasant surprise, it turned out to be 50 cents hotdog, soda and popcorn night. Some "back in time" promotion. Sadly, beers were modern-day prices at $9.50 each.  |

A is home so I'm working while he takes J on a golf cart ride. He finally napped from 3:30-5 and woke up fever free. Hoping that's the end of his fever so he can play with his cousin tomorrow evening. He's soooo mad I won't let him now. DNW to give my brother's kids strep..

Yikes inthekitty . It would be time for a CTJ if it were me. I hope she can either get moving (i.e., make the stupid photo swaps, do some marketing) or you can go in a different direction agent-wise. The emotional breakdowns and whatnot would not play well with me, either. This is business. LOL, i am turning into my dad. When he wanted to get their last house sold after their neighbor-realtor didn't get results, he called the big agency in town and was like, "I want a pit bull." And our entire family is still using said pitbull 25 years and 10 houses later, and she's amazing. We like a killer instinct  |

I’m sorry J is sick peachsmama. Glad he seems to be on the mend. mwhip C had no interest in showers. He wants to play in the tub. He tries to wash himself but he’s so dirty in the summer I have to scrub him so he can’t really wash himself. He is getting himself dressed in the morning so I’ll take that! What kind of bike did you get vino? My parents got me a beach cruiser for my birthday last year and it’s perfect for biking with C. However I want to start biking for exercise and it’s not ideal for that. |

I’m officially out of the office until next Friday. Tomorrow we are volunteering at a therapeutic ranch. Half the staff went yesterday and it was hard work and tomorrow is going to be 90 degrees and humid so it’s going to be rough. But I’m on vacation after that! I will have to check in with work a bit because I have a lot of balls in the air right now that are time sensitive.

Ok, just put my awake baby down for a nap. He’s not crying but he is using one Wub a nub to beat up another wub a nub. The weather has cleared for it looks like the baseball game is on. It is $1 beer and $2 hot dog night. Yay, C! I was going to say that it's worth a try if you haven't tried yet. I've set drowsy almost 4mo old A down a few times because I'm with another kid and am shocked that he just goes to sleep at times! This doesn't happen during the day or MOTN, but he seems to do ok sometimes at bedtime... sometimes. |

My in-laws had the 2 older kids while MH and I went out with his cousins. MH stayed out and MIL insisted on staying to help me get the kids to bed. So nice, but we have a routine and it takes soooooo much longer when she helps. Just as I was finally getting her out the door, Lue randomly wakes up screaming, "mommy!!" And MIL is all, "Omg, she wants me! I must go to her!". Uh, she's clearly asking for me... and I'm not giving into her every demand like you do so please go so I can pour a glass of wine.

I’m here, where’s everyone else? Taking DD to buy a bathing suit then taking my grandma to lunch. We have tickets to a minor league baseball game tonight but it’s on and off thunderstorms so we have to see what happens. C refused to go to sleep until 11 last night but then slept until 7:30 with no wake ups in between. I usually nurse him to sleep for nap/bed. He’s 6 months now. Anyone remember when you just started sticking your kid in the crib and letting them fall asleep? I know all my kids learned that but I don’t remember when. With all the kids home for summer, he’s super distracted with nursing and hasn’t been falling asleep as well. IDK because I'm the worst and we've never done it. We rock to sleep but both boys have been ready to point to the crib or tell us they want to lie down at around 16 months or so then out themselves to sleep. |

There are other alternatives. Try the amika one, they sell it at Ulta. Thanks, i'll check it out. I've tried some others over the years and this one beats them all to heck. Guess that is why it's so $$! I'm just rationing it out, lol. For years my cabinets were product graveyards of stuff I would try and not like; now that we have zero storage in our bathroom (literally) I've been making a concerted effort to use fewer but better products that I know work with my hair and skin. So that is how I'm justifying it Beauty Brands is having their liter sale right now. I like to get the better shampoos and conditioner during the sale |

We just booked our trip to Disney in September. I was waiting for my biopsy results but fuck it. I’m going either way. We got a good deal since it’s a quiet time of year to go due to school schedules and I figure it’s the last year we can take advantage of those deals. I’m excited!
ETA: forgot to mention I was supposed to get results today but they still aren’t in and the Dr said it would probably be next week.

We are going to Boston Sunday and seeing Barenaked Ladies (free tix but should be fun), Foxwoods casino Monday night, and nice meals and sleeping in. Wednesday we will go back to the Cape and stay overnight with C and come back Thursday. |

This afternoon I tried to meet my friend at the pool but apparently there was an accident because the only road in was blocked off. So we went to the lake by her parents house instead. The girls had a blast. Then I went to work this evening and I was so not into it. I didn’t even make it 2 hours before I left.
I nursed my kids to sleep until 18 months 🤷🏻♀️ Maybe next time I’ll try to stop earlier, but we’ll see.

kim22 with LO I nursed him to sleep until my supply dried up around 10 months. After that I gave him a bottle but would slowly put less and less in it. I would continue to rock him and sing/hum to him throughout the whole bf/bottle time. We still rock occasionally to sleep if he's had a rough day or sick. I don't know if that is what you are looking for but that's what I did.

I do not think I posted earlier. Hi, E had a rough night. I woke C up early and had him hold/comfort her and try to get her to sleep. He gave me an hour rest and I was finally able to get her to sleep at 630 this morning for more then 15 minutes. She's been sleeping ok today so hoping for a good night.
LO went to a natural history museum today. He told my parents he was done and 15 minutes after they left he wanted to go back. I don't know how much longer I can be away from him. FaceTime is not cutting it for me. I want to give him a hug.
