Morning! S has OT this morning for the first time in a month and with a new therapist, so that's going to be interesting. She burnt her hand last night, and it's blistered up this morning, so we're just trying to keep it wrapped. She's not cooperating all that well.

Do any of you do universal yums boxes? Our Brazil box arrives today, so we're all looking forward to giving it a try. Spain has been our favorite so far, but I've got a good feeling about this one!

Also, grocery shopping this afternoon during B's nap. Sam's gonna get hit up hard!

Morning ladies. Yesterday a lady came to the house to help MH and with some final staging suggestions. Practically our entire belongings are in the garage. I hope it sells this weekend so our closing date can occur in July so we can get back to normal.

Maddie's last day of school is today. I'm MOTY and thought it was yesterday. But a bunch of the school materials said it was yesterday. Apparently they added a day for snow but didn't make it we known.

Oh, and it's our 10 year anniversary. We're celebrating by putting our house on the market. 🤷‍♀️

A pot on the stove. We're still not exactly sure what happened, though. She knows they're hot and is usually very good about leaving the stove and oven alone when I'm fixing dinner. But I don't think she'll have too much trouble remembering after this, poor girlie.

For the second night in a row Cadence has come into my room at 5. I'm pretty annoyed because I clearly heard her talking to mh this time and he sent her to me. I always forget that everyone else's sleep is more important than mine.

No swim lesson for us, B had a really rough night and then was running a fever this morning and had a tummy-ache. He's eating a normal breakfast right now so hopefully whatever this is will be quick.

So I guess we will just be hanging out around the house today.

Morning. In the evening yesterday H got very emotional and said she missed daddy. We FaceTimed DH and I gave her extra snuggles. I put her to bed on the mattress on the floor in front of the bed S and I were sleeping on. At some point she made it up into bed with us. Then at 4:30 I rolled over right into a puddle of pee. Apparently at some point she had an accident and didn’t tell me. I didn’t want to wake anyone up so I just grabbed a towel and laid it on top, but it was still uncomfortable. I will be doing some laundry soon. S and I are the only ones up and in the living room, I’m sure the others will wake soon. Today the plan is to go swimming (slenle I think we are leaving tomorrow morning).

cagoldi I wanted to respond yesterday but didn't get a chance. I completely understand what you mean about X. S had a teacher like that in the 2s class that I just felt didn't "get" him. It wasn't that she was mean, or treated him poorly, I just felt... off or something. What's weird is all his friends' parents thought she was one of the best in the school, and I just never felt comfortable.

I hope you have a different experience when he moves into the next class. I know it makes all the difference in the world.

DH kept Colin out of school today and they're taking the train in to go to the Yankees game together. DH promised him a new hat and an Aaron Judge t-shirt as "graduation" gifts. So cute. I'm feeling like crud - a cold hit me out of nowhere yesterday - so I may leave the office shortly to take advantage of the empty house.

I was late to work today because I forgot my phone at home. I would usually just let it be, but the last time I did that, I worried all day that daycare couldn't reach me if something was wrong. I rather be late than be worried all day, so I went back for it.

The drywall crew showed up this morning and it’s my day off so we are getting out of the house. Heading the children’s museum and then running errands and lunch. Hoping they won’t be here all day so we can come home for late naps.

Morning! I spent all my monies yesterday shopping. Then had dinner and a movie with my mom and sister! Today going to hang with my sister and her kids. Then tonight is Sierra’s sleep study. But currently I’m going to my grandparents house to get the car seat from my dads truck...because he left this morning and forgot to leave it. My mom is at home with S. My moms car only has a booster for my sisters older kids and S isn’t big enough for that yet. And my car seat is in my truck at the dealership. Logistics! Too many logistics!

MH is leaving again for another month but I already had a work conference thing scheduled for 4nights while he is gone. His mom is out of town the exact same days. So I contacted one of his likes crazy aunts and she is super excited to watch E. She lives an hour from Chicago so logistics are working out. I'm really glad she gets this opportunity too. Her son is over 40 and gay with no kids so this is the closest she gets to a grandkid. All the othet aunts have like 4 grandkids

It hurts. I am at work though. I will probably cut out after lunch since I can't take pain meds at work and kind of need some.
