One of them got to meet her real mother for the first time -- the mother is 99. The other never did.

This is fascinating. But it also terrifies me, in a way. What would I do if I found out I was switched at birth, or that my daughter was?

They seem like they are taking this in stride and using it as an opportunity to expand their friends and family. Which is, imo, probably the healthiest way to respond to such a shock.

I was so worried about this when I gave birth. I had DH put a sticker on DD’s foot while I was on the operating table (c-section). But luckily for my anxiety we were the only black couple on our floor at the time. 😂😂
