Hi guys, sorry this is so late.
Had my BW today. She said it'll take 48-72 hours to get the results back. Other than that, just waiting on AF so we can move forward with our new RE.

Thanks for the check in babyhopes ! I misspoke last check in, my lining check is tomorrow... Almost there. I am really hoping everything looks good and I can start PIO in the next few days and then transfer will be here soon! I just need to survive the week. It is going to be a particularly hard one. QOTD: Talents.... Nope.... I am not very talented with anything, I am probably just above average on most things I do. Lots of things came easy to me, school, sports, art. But I am beyond terrible at anything musical. My husband is pretty talented music wise. He can play the drums and guitar. Makes me jealous. I wish I had somethign I was exceptional at... Oh well.

Well, my one got frozen at Day 6 yesterday. Now we wait. I feel like I'm close to starting my period, so then we have 1 wash cycle, then start FET prep.
QOTW: I don't really have any hidden talents. I use most of my talents on a regular basis -- painting, cooking, etc.

AFM, at day 3 all 11 are still growing so after much discussion we decided to do a freeze all and PGS. So I'm really hoping the don't all arrest between day 4 and 5 again. Tomorrow is day 4 and I won't hear anything so I'm crossing all the things we'll have something to freeze day 5. Otherwise just waiting for AF then on BCP, hopefully for a FET.
QOTW: no crazy hidden talents, I am a mediocre piano player and painter but enjoy both. I used to run fairly seriously but left that behind with IF.

babyhopes thanks for the check-in! I still feel like this isn't real. But we have a phone consult with the genetics people for building the probe tomorrow 😱 It's really happening 😭 I honestly didn't know if we would ever get here! @nikiswimr I hope all 11 look great for freeze-all! bonzo having one fighter is awesome! Dogpaddle29, so close to transfer!! QOTD - define talent. I teach color guard, which is not common and not easy?

babyhopes thanks for the check in! C'mon, AF! Let's get this show on the road! Dogpaddle29 GL tomorrow! I'm thinking thick thoughts for you! I'm sorry you have a tough week ahead of you. bonzo I have everything crossed for you! nikiswims I hope you get great news Wednesday! fikafairy yay!!! AFM, AF came today, so it's BW and BCP tomorrow. We are waiting to find out if we are prepping for a whole new cycle or another FET. My RE called Friday night to check on after our BFN and discuss next steps. He's requesting a new Peer to Peer review with our insurance company to request we go into a whole new cycle rather than a FET. He thinks we have a good chance of them approving a new cycle since this FET failed and all we have left is a Day 7, plus my new diagnosis of DOR. We should know the outcome in about a week. He also talked to us about an ERA. He wasn't recommending it, but offering it as an option if we wanted to rule out a possible issue of timing before we proceed. I'm not sure one failed FET warrants it, but it was a CCS normal embryo, so I have mixed feelings. QOTW: I volunteered in cat rescue for a few years. I guess I have some hidden talents related to that!

birch113, my family used to volunteer with cat rescue too! My cat is actually a foster fail -- she was one of a litter of 5 kittens. 3 of the brothers got adopted quickly, leaving my parents with my little girl and her last brother. It was my second year of college, she sucked up to me when I was home on break, and I ended up signing adoption papers! My parents ended up keeping the last brother too.

bonzo I love that!!! 3 of our 4 are foster fails! LOL they've all got their issues or quirks, but we love them and they love each other.

birch113, the quirky ones sometimes have the best stories. My parents have another foster fail with pillow paw and some neurological oddities. My ILs have a rescue cat with 3 legs. Neither of those cats are the friendliest, but we do love them!

@bonzi so true. It sounds like they were all super lucky to find you guy! We have one who is not at all friendly. We were doing a trap-neuter-return project, and this small group of cats were starving and mistreated by the people in the neighborhood. They were my first solo trapping project, and I almost didn't get Willow before the snow storm hit. She was half the size of her siblings and had been eating plastic because there was no food. I fell in love with her instantly. Luckily, she fell in love with our other cats instantly, so it was a match made in heaven. She tolerates us. 😉 She has a lot of digestive issues (probably all that plastic) but we've finally got a good regimen going for her so she hasn't had to be hospitalized for close to two years.
I think we need a Furbaby Friday thread over here!

babyhopes, good luck with getting started soon. I hate the freakin' irony that a lot of us can't wait for our periods just so we can get things going. It feels so wrong to say "I can't wait to get my period so I can't start birth control so that I can get pregnant." An outsider would think we're crazy Dogpaddle29, good luck with this week, hopefully transfer is right around the corner. bonzo, yay for a good looking frostie. I think the majority of our's were day 6 too nikiswims, fingers crossed for tomorrow! fikafairy, hope your call today was everything you hoped! birch113, sorry you're in limbo. Dealing with insurance is the worst, but it would be awesome if they paid for another cycle. AFM, we transferred two embryos today. We had to thaw 4 because 2 didn't make it through the defrost. So we have 5 left in the freezer. The embryologist called them "perfect" and the RE said "I'll be honest, I will be frustrated if this doesn't work." So now I'm hanging out on the couch for the next two days. My funny and embarrassing moment from today is that I actually peed my pants en route to the RE. We live about 30 minutes away and I made DH stop at a Starbucks so that I could run in and pee a few seconds to relieve the pressure. I literally ran into the Starbucks and just didn't get my pants down fast enough. The things you do to have a baby. QOTW: It's not too much of a secret, but I can play the clarinet. I haven't played as part of an ensemble since college, but I still play now and then.

Good luck kyzo! That sounds very promising, everything crossed! birch113 I'm glad you guys have a plan and I hope your insurance gives you the go ahead for a fresh cycle. As far as the ERA I'm curious to hear what people say. My recent failed FET wasn't a genetically tested embryo so we're assuming chromosomal abnormalities and they're leaving it at that but makes sense for more workup for a CCS normal embryo.

bonzo, I'm so relieved you have a frosty! I know it sucks that it's not more. But I'm crossing everything for you. nikiswims, did you get an update? I'm a few days behind in my check-ins! birch113, I would do the ERA. I did the EFT which is similar and I'm glad I did it. Now I know for sure that it could have been a contributing factor. I hope insurance approves you!!

Today is day 3 of stims and my last day of letrozole. Tomorrow I'll go in for my first monitoring and then I think we'll add daily Menopur, HGH, and I'll bet we add Ganirelix relatively soon to keep my LH down.
Anyone ever used Omnitrope? I think be pharmacy failed to give me enough solution to dilute to the proper proportion. I got one vial of bacteriostatic water but I need 10ml.
QOTW: I don't know really. One of my coworkers told me I'm a talented whistler 😂

Random question - is there any reason I should delay getting my memorial tattoo if I will be cycling within the next 6 months? This would be my first tattoo, so I don't know what restrictions (if any) there are.

lemonliz, Glad stims are going well. My Dr. had me on omnitrope, that's the growth hormone right? I can't recall dose amounts or fluid. If I recall correctly you mixed it once and then kept it in the fridge and just drew up your dose each night? I can't remember how much fluid I was given to mix. Good luck with everything! fikafairy, I haven't heard of restrictions. They will probably want to screen you for STD's again. I think they had to for MH after he got one of his tattoos. In the US with our regulations on tattoo parlors you wouldn't be able to catch anything so just make sure you go to a legit place. kyzo, Your story scares me so much. I am so afraid to lose any of our embryos during the thaw.... I am sorry that happened for you. Congrats on being PUPO! nikiswims, I hope the news today is great! FX for you! AFM: My lining check was good and blood work came back good. I probably could have started PIO last night my my doctor wanted to schedule my transfer while he was on rotation so transfer will be Wednesday next week. I start PIO and supps Friday. I think this may be better anyways because now we plan to go on our camping trip Sunday-Tuesday. I took the whole week off work so we will do the transfer Wednesday and then I get to just relax and enjoy the rest of the week at home. Am I the only one who sucks at taking the Estrace mid day? I set a reminder on my phone yet I am still always late taking it. Morning and night is fine and easy, but mid day is nearly impossible for me. I need to hire someone to shove it in my mouth each day on time.

lemonliz, I had Omnitrope. Our directions were what Dogpaddle29 said, you mix up the powder once and then draw your dose each day. I did .7cc per day, so each mix lasted 3 days. And it was just the one vial of bacteriostatic water.

kyzo I'm so sorry about the two that didn't make the thaw. Congrats, on being PUPO!!!! Sending you all the good thoughts! Are you beta or bust, or will you test? lemonliz thanks for your input! My gut is leaning towards going for the ERA. If it shows something, we didn't waste an embryo. And if it doesn't, it's just more information / issues to rule out. Do you have any idea if doing a stimulated FET would rule out an issue of receptivity? GL at monitoring tomorrow! No experience with Omnitrope. Can your clinic help out until the pharmacy corrects the error? Dogpaddle29 yay!!! So glad things are going so well and timing is working out! Do you wear a FitBit? I use the silent alarm to remind me of meds.

birch113, I'm definitely testing early. Betas aren't until 6/24 and I just don't have the willpower to last that long. With our fresh cycle I started testing early and I was able to process the BFN before the betas. Honestly, a good cry will be in order if this is a negative and I usually like to do those in shower. I'm thinking I'll test next Tuesday which would be 7dp6dt. I know it's still early and betas are slow with FETs but I'm extremely impatient.

babyhopes, hope AF shows soon so you can get started! Dogpaddle29, glad your lining check went well. Have fun camping! I think we are going to try to go for the first time this year this weekend. bonzo, Congrats on your little embryo that could! Hope the wait goes by fast but I'm right there with you. nikiswims, Hope you've gotten a good report on your embryos! 11 growing is fantastic. fikafairy, yay for getting started! birch113, Good luck with insurance. Hope you can cycle again. I don't have any experience with an ERA but I'd lean towards doing it because I would want to eliminate as many possible issues as possible. Is it very expensive? kyzo, FX for you! I'm sorry you lost 2 to the thaw. The idea of that terrifies me. lemonliz, hope your monitoring appointment goes well tomorrow! I thought I'd be able to stay caught up better being on break, but I think I'm even farther behind. babyhopes, I can go in the cycle complete category as we did a freeze all for testing purposes. We had 7 day 5 embryos frozen and then, amazingly, had 5 of the 6 remaining embryos frozen on day 6. We sent off 8 for testing and are leaving 4 untested. 2 of them couldn't be tested because the inner and outer cells mixed and they had to separate them? I've never heard of that before. I wished we could have tested them because they were our highest rated embryos. QOTW: I've had people tell me I'm a good public speaker which really is a hidden talent because I'm pretty shy.

kyzo I'm with you on being able to process a BFN ahead of time. That really helped me this cycle. Though, I have everything crossed for you, lady!!! bananas22 I'm not sure about the cost of ERA. I'm going to contact the office today to learn more. I'm so glad you've got 8 to test and 4 others!!! I haven't heard about inner and outer cells mixing, either. If you learn more, please tell us. I'm sure that was disappointing. I hope the next two weeks fly for you!

So guys we had no blasts on day 5. 6 of the 11 arrested, 5 are still growing but slowly. Nothing could be biopsied or frozen yesterday. I'm hoping at least one of the 5 makes it to blast today.
