Questions to ask about IVF

After almost 2 years TTC (diagnosis: unexplained 2IF), and 3 failed IUIs we have a meeting with our RE on Tuesday to discuss our options including IVF. 

What sort of questions should I ask? I only know the basics and want to make sure I don't leave any stone unturned during our meeting. If anyone has info regarding other options that would be appreciated too!

Ask about batching (do they, don’t they, there are pros and cons to each)
Will your RE be doing the retrieval? Do they have multiple doctors and someone else might do the retrieval?
Protocol: they’ll probably start with a basic antagonist protocol, but make sure you understand the meds, what they do, etc
Monitoring: how much. Daily, every couple days? If you’re not close to your RE, can you do your monitoring more locally?
Who will be your main point of contact? Who do you call if you have questions late at night?
