Cs wound was pretty deep so I brought him to urgent care. He now has a staple in his head. He did really good but did cry in shock after the staple. He recovered pretty quick with a popsicle though. Poor kid. He’s also on augmentin for 5 days and I need to bring him back in 5-7 days to have the staple removed. The teacher split his lip and left work. Hopefully his teeth were ok. What a freak accident.    |

Vent ahead, I just need to let it all out.
I'm really mad at C right now. I've been asking for months for his company's paperwork for paternity leave and FMLA. He still hasn't done it. So now I think he won't get paternity leave which means we won't get to go out to visit with my family before I go back to work. I was hoping to do a quick trip for the 4th. If he didn't want to go or do it that's fine just tell me so I don't plan things. Now I'm sitting here crying and he's downstairs acting like nothing is wrong. Oh and to top it off after he saw I was upset he asked if he could help is friend Hailey move to her new place soon.

So he's already lost days. FMLA can be up to 12 weeks I think with only 6 paid. However C and I cannot take FMLA at the same time. So if I'm using FMLA he can't for E. it's confusing, I know. I don't know. But this isn't the first time friends have asked him to do something and he puts them first over family... |

chrisy01 he was talking about that promotion opportunity coming up soon, do you think he was afraid taking leave would hurt his chances? Companies can (and are) hard on mothers but there seems to be a huge stigma for a lot of men who take baby bonding time. And I would be annoyed about the moving thing. Read the room, C!

vino for some reason S is obsessed with the idea of moving. I have no idea why... we've lived in our house since before he was born so he's never moved. But at least twice per week he asks me when we are going to move, what kind of house we are going to buy, if we are going to hire someone with a big truck to come take our stuff to the new house, etc. It's a weird obsession. Also randomly when we are driving he will point to a house and ask if we can move to that one. My friend takes her kid to open houses on their special dates. He loves house hunters. After the houses they talk about which one he would choose. I love the idea |

My friends would make their realtor take them on separate visits so one could stay home with the kids...I am pretty sure my agent would go nuts if I did that. J is into it though and will point out random multi million dollar homes in Georgetown and ask when we can tour them. He picked out a lovely brick rowhome for us the other day, a few blocks from where Kevin Plank's home is listed for $29mill😂🤣. He has good taste at least. |

Swim lessons went great. The boys are doing so well. My nephews were here when we got home and it's now 10 and we're just laying down. The boys didn't want to stop playing.

Hi! We are in AR at MH’s business taking care of some things for the next 2 days. S hasn’t pooped in a week and is not delightful. I’m going to call the doctor tomorrow and see what we can do besides miralax. Any one with suggestions? tgrimes? Also, my SIL sent me these of S from the wedding. I love the joy she has...   |
