Ultimate goal: Lose 150+
This week's goal: Lose 2lbs
How are you doing so far? I lost THREE lbs last week. THREE! I beat my goal!
RRAW: MH also lost 5lbs! He and I had a good talk last Monday about our health goals and we've been working hard this past week. We got rained out of the pool a couple of days but worked out 5/7 days last week. I also started tracking calories on My Fitness Pal again and it helped me be mindful of my intake.

I'm here. Sorta, lol.
Ultimate goal: tone up
This week's goal: yoga yoga yoga
How are you doing so far? better now that I'm home
RRAW: Visited my parents with DS over the weekend, I know I said it would be easy to eat well and exercise at their house buuuuuut then I got sick. It was kind of rough and I'm still getting over it. I skipped a few days of yoga (ahhh!) but am back on the horse now. Still not feeling 100% but I feel gross not doing anything. It's also super hot here so going on walks or runs is nearly impossible. Once I feel better (hopefully next week) I'm gonna try to get out to exercise either early in the morning or late at night.

This week's goal: exercise while on vacation
How are you doing so far? This week I have "run" 2 miles, 4 times. It's a jog. I'm happy I can go for 25-30 min without having to walk
