I read that pageant contestants will no longer be judged on looks. While I think its wonderful that beauty pageants are now *finally* accepting all shapes and sizes, let's not pretend that they're going to be judged only on their brains. I mean, that's the whole point. They're beauty. And the contestants know this going in

The Malibu I had as a rental was not that low, but then I got back in my Sebring and it is much lower. It is one reason why I am looking at SUVs for my next car, but it is also all I really know I think it’s all about what you know. I’m used to SUVs so any sedan feels low to me. My mom has always had smaller SUVs and hates driving mine or my sister's cars

DH’s sedan (Ford Fusion) is way more spacious inside than my SUV (Mazda CX5), but my car is way more fun to drive. I’m absolutely in love with it.

I always thought I'd be #sedanforever but I have a CR-V now and I'm in love. Being up high is awesome. I don't think I'll ever get a non-suv again. Fuck minivans. Cr-V is on my list as is the Chevy traverse

I just chugged my delicious glucoa 100 fruit punch flavor beverage and I'm stuck at the OB for three hours. So please, someone entertain me.

I like my van for the space and the sliding doors. But if I am being honest I would have preferred a huge ass SUV but $$$$. My Kia minivan was reasonably priced and made sense for us. Yes the price thing is definitely true. We got lucky with our Durango, we found a 2017 last year for about 30k because it had 12k miles on it. It was driven a lot by the dealership. So with the trade in of our previous car we got it for close to 20k. Buying full price we wouldn't have been able to afford it

It was apparently a VERY close vote that decided to do away with the swimsuit competition. You’re right that the pageant will still be based on looks so why not work on body type inclusion and keep it?

Maybe I should take all of the “Be Still” as a hint to do nothing but sit on the couch and let my MIL tend to my children. That I would like. If I didn’t dislike word art so much, I would word art bomb my mom’s house w/ Be Still. She is physically incapable of chilling to the point that it can be exhausting to be around her. My dad is much more skilled at the art of relaxation and I definitely take after him.

I have a few UO. My first is that I hate inspirational quotes as artwork. Even in a kids room or in an office. I think they’re dumb. When I used to fly a lot when I was younger I would read the SkyMall magazine. They have a ton of those quotations printed on pictures of lakes or whatever for sale. I guess people buy them because I've seen them places.

Because the one interview I heard clips of stated they would only be judged by what comes out of their mouth, not looks at all. But pageant contestants have usually been in the pageant world for years. So the ones in the foreseeable future are still going to have He stereotypical pageant look. It’s not going to just be about what they say and how they say it.

I sense a make a thread coming... I'm sorry! I just feel compelled to spread the word of my savior, the CR-V. I have a CRV. I only have Hondas though. Also I will probably only ever buy a Honda. Maybe when I'm old I'll get an Acura

My SUV is very similar in color to the State Police here so I always catch people doing double takes in their rearview mirrors. I have far fewer people trying to cut me off than when I drive my husband's sedan. I'm never getting rid of my SUV haha.

Next UO. I roll my eyes at friends who have overly posed/calculated IG accounts. I personally think SM should semi reflect your real life and not some fantasy version of it.

I love a good wander there.)

Maybe when I'm old I'll get an Acura as much as I love the malibus and traverse I will probably go back to Honda because they are the better cars and I miss my civic. Plus they usually have better lease deals and that is what I will be doing this time
