I've been slacking the last month and am trying to get back on the meal planning train.
Monday: big salad with shredded rotisserie chicken (it's insanely hot so I'm doing the least) Tuesday: grilled teriyaki chicken with balsamic cucumber-tomato salad Wednesday: soba noodles with stir fried veggies, tossing in any leftover chicken Thursday: veggie quesadillas, still need a side Friday: tbd grilled meat, whatever is on sale when I go today
Breakfast options: bagels, oatmeal, smoothie, chia pod

I'm so over feeding my family right now. But for some reason they aren't ok with that. Sunday - pre-marinated teriyaki pork tenderloin, sweet potato gnocchi (Trader Joe's), kale salad Monday - spicy honey brushed chicken thighs, couscous, roasted broccoli Tuesday - ground turkey tacos
That's all I've got. Hopefully leftovers, hot dogs, and breakfast for dinner can get us to Friday. I cannot handle cooking on the days that I work.

Same carrots. If I win the lotto I'd take a personal chef over cleaner any day. I will need to investigate this sweet potato gnocchi. It combines two wonderful things. Update: rotisserie chicken was not ready at the store. Salad will have tuna and hard boiled eggs for a protein instead.

Sunday: chicken & steak kabobs with a big salad Monday: burgers on the grill and corn on the cob Tuesday: salmon with roasted broccoli and roasted red potatoes Wednesday: turkey chili Thursday: eggplant pizzas for everyone else and I'll have leftovers Friday: steaks with grilled veggies Saturday: out to dinner 👍
