Morning. S got a boost of energy at like 8:30 and stayed up late (not sure how late because I was dozing off while she was watching Moana in my bed). Then she woke at 3ish AM burning up, saying she needed to go potty. I dosed her up, put her on the potty and then back to bed she went. Of course I couldn’t fall back asleep for a long time. This morning I am going to work at the garden center for a few hours. Not sure what we will do this afternoon but I want to do something that doesn’t involve sitting in my house. tallb the Omni is really nice! If you go hiking you need to go super early and bring LOTS of water. It heats up really quick. I just checked my weather app and it’s 74 already at 7am.

tgrimes, I forgot we are anniversary twins! We are 6 years today too😊 happy anniversary to you! It’s cool and rainy today so we are going to be lazy for a while. Then we have a sitter coming this afternoon so we can have a longer night out. I’m excited to try a new restaurant!

Happy Anniversary tgrimes & slenle!!! Did the antibiotics kick in quickly for S’s UTI trtlcrzy?? That is so painful. She didn’t get them till early evening yesterday and then had a dose this morning. I think they are starting to work though. Her temp is lower so far today. |

Pink eye in both eyes and his rash is just bad eczema. He gave me a steroid for it though because I’ve been using some eczema lotion and it’s not doing anything.

tgrimes ugh... hope it clears quickly. And side note, try the steroid cream in a small patch if you have never tried it before. I had eczema as a kid and turned out to be allergic to steroid cream 😖.

tgrimes and slenle happy anniversary! It’s so humid today. T had a tball game this morning. DD has soccer this afternoon but it may thunder. DS1 returns from his trip tonight. He was super excited when I talked to him last night, sounds like they are having a great time. They make a big deal of the return to town with a lights and sirens police escort. We have posters and balloons.

Has anyone talked with @lfige lately? It could be my bad memory but I don't think we've "seen" her recently? I’m here! It’s only partially your bad memory 😉. I’ve not posted as much because work has kept me super busy. But I did post this morning. I hired 7 seasonal employees for the summer and 5 are brand stinking new. So they need a lot more training and hand holding...which is cutting into my HIH time. I usually have enough returning employees that I make them do the training and hand holding of the new people...but not this year 😩. |
