I’ve had a very long afternoon. S woke up from her nap with a 104.9 temp so I took her to the pedi. We were there for over an hour because she wanted her to pee for a urinalysis because as we were getting ready to leave she went potty and screamed owie the whole time. After a couple tries and her not going they had to cath her. She has a UTI so antibiotics for the next week. After the pedi we had to pick up the script at target and I felt like we were there forever too.

I’m sorry trtlcrzy. I hope the cath wasn’t too traumatizing for her. I’m always so paranoid that any fever is Z getting a uti because she’s had one before and was very sick before we realized what was wrong. |

Mh told his Dad off via text. We told him 2 weeks ago about C's dance recital and he said he would go. Now he is saying he can't because he's watching SIL's son. Mh is pissed because he always says no to us and yes to the SIL about all activities and watching the kids. I'm annoyed too, but I never thought mh would have the balls to say anything.

Somehow I left 2 pacifiers at the pedi. One during his regular appointment and one during an xray they ordered (he's fine). Now I can't find any! Also, A is now almost on the regular growth curve for weight! On the preemie scale he's in the 75th percentile. WTG, A! We use Wubanubs because they're harder for me to misplace. I have five. |

Poor S, trtlcrzy. That had to be hard on both of you. I'm worried P will get one and we won't know because she's so fussy anyway. Changing girl diapers is very involved. Every time she poops I feel like I'm detailing a car. |

You may just try an ice pack every once in awhile.if it seems like it is in pain. Unless it was being held down they probably didn't get burned, just irritated. |

cagoldi we had a very love hate relationship with the wubbanub. When c napped on the swing I would tuck a foot of the animal into the strap so if it fell out of his mouth it would just fall a little and he could root around for it easily. That saved my sanity many naptimes.

Thanks. There is some skin coming off where I think it blistered. But nothing looked like an open sore. I took her to the vet this week for possible uti and I haven't been thrilled with them. But they called me today to say her liver and kidney bloodwork came back great. I was worried because she is 7yo and 17# (despite all diet efforts) |

Thanks for all the suggestions, I tried everything and the clog is finally unclogged. I’m happy my clog is going to give lots of you some new experiences. Maybe we will have a Feb 19 baby boom around here. Fingers crossed. I guess some people are very prone to them. I've only ever had two: once in HS and another when I was pregnant with P. |

Lol I guess I need to order one too 😬.
So the bachelorette I'm going to next weekend on Scottsdale was cancelled bc my friends future MIL died and her funeral is next sat. I think my bff and I are still going. Is that horrible of us? Flights aren't refundable and she lives in Cali and legit haven't hung out in years. This may crush third friend though 😖. What a crappy situation.
