Ultimate goal: lose 20 lbs.
This week's goal: get back on track after holiday weekend. Seems like my goal is always to get back on track.....
How are you doing so far? Lost 1.6 lbs last week. Yay!
RRAW: A giant birthday cake set me back this weekend. At least I didn’t eat the frosting?

Ultimate goal: Get back to how I looked last summer.
This week's goal: keep up with the activity. Try to be better about junk food.
How are you doing so far? OK. I've been super active and starting to feel a bit better about myself. I have decided I'm not going to step on a scale until I can see a difference I'm happy about in the way I look.
RRAW: I ordered some new summer clothes and some new bikinis. Yep. Nothing says motivation like spending too much money.

Finished my program on Saturday. Didn't lose any weight and only lost 2 inches from my hips. Feeling discouraged but I did pretty well keeping the diet this weekend and yesterday I started a PiYo/T25 combo workout. Sticking to it even if I'm not happy with the results.

Ultimate goal: Lose as much as possible. I'd say short term - 12 lbs. Long term - 50 lbs
This week's goal: Stay on track with eating
How are you doing so far? I'm on WW and have been for about 6 weeks. Every other week I lose nothing, like not even a fraction of a percentage and the next week I lose over 3lbs. I don't get it. So today's weigh in was a 0.0 week. Which I guess is good since even though I tried to be good this weekend I did have some slips with eating junk.
RRAW: I got a bunch of new bathing suits in the mail last week that I need to try on but haven't. Hopefully at least one of them is semi-okay to wear in public.

sarahh That’s how it goes for me on WW too, isn’t that weird? So weird. I do WW with a girl at work and use her weight watchers scale so have convinced myself that it tracks my weight and to keep me motivated, it doesn't go higher than my last weight. I think I am giving the $20 scale too much credit though haha.

Ultimate goal: TONE UP! Probably lose ~5-7lbs in the process.
This week's goal: More cardio
How are you doing so far? Okay, I was able to get out on a long run/walk on Sunday. Hopefully I can do another one by the end of the week. The weather has been crazy, it's either 90, or 60 and storming. And it switches back and forth all day so it's hard to plan being outside.
RRAW: Still keeping up with yoga everyday - after I catch up here I'm going to do day 80!

Ultimate goal: Lose 150+lbs
This week's goal: Lose 2lbs
How are you doing so far? I maintained this past week, which I'm calling a win. I'm still down almost 8 pounds, plus, I managed to get through DD's birthday without gaining. Also, I've been getting in a lot of activity!
RRAW: DH & I "splurged" on Apple Watches as our first anniversary gift. (Really we just used a couple gift cards we'd been holding onto for awhile). The activity tracking on them is helping BOTH of us get in more activity. I'm not sure why closing those rings is so motivating, but it is. I wound up going swimming at like 11:30 last night just to get the exercise ring complete.

I gave into some of it but we were on our feet running around so much I'm sure I burned it off. And we sent the rest of the cake home to her dad's house (she's there for the first half of summer) so that helped
