Ultimate goal: be back and comfortable in a bikini by July
This week's goal: To keep bring active every day. Need to be a bit better with food.
How are you doing so far? I was doing well until Saturday. Then SO bought all kinds of food I never buy myself so I feel like Saturday undid all my work last week. He keeps saying not to worry about the weight right now. That it will be good for me during pregnancy since I always get so sick and end up losing weight through most of it. But I don't know that we're ever going to get pregnant again and I'm kind of pissed he's not being more helpful.
RRAW: Not feeling great this time of year. For the first time ever. Summer has always been my favourite season.

Ultimate goal: 10 pounds and lotsa inches
This week's goal: Finish out my workout challenge and start PiYo
How are you doing so far? I can tell I've lost inches around my stomach (which is where I needed it) but still no pounds lost. And I feel stronger
RRAW: I pulled out my shorts and not a single one fit so I broke the diet and drank my feelings (super healthy I know). I'm in a better headspace now and committed to finishing out strong. Everyday this week the workouts double. So today I will do a cardio and an upper body. Yesterday was pilates and total body cardio.

sammysam, he really needs to not do that. It's hard enough to make positive changes and you don't need to have more "excuses" to not do what you know you need to. I'm sorry he's not helping and that you're having so many feelings about TTC. Big hugs

Thanks remi . I know that it really comes down to my will power but SO is one of those guys who is just always in shape naturally without having to do any work at all towards it. We always matched physically and now I'm starting to feel bad next to him. Which makes TTC even harder for me.

sammysam Hugs. I’m sorry you’re feeling down and I think focusing on getting healthy is a good distraction and hope your H can get on board with that. Ultimate goal: Lose 20 lbs. This week's goal: stay on track with eating How are you doing so far? I didn’t do great over the weekend but I’m determined to stick to it this week. RRAW: I was up .2 lbs at weigh in which was disappointing. I didn’t do great last week with eating, but I didn’t do that bad, or so I thought. I was hoping to just not gain. It’s so frustrating that even a little slip up can make the scale go in the wrong direction.

Sorry obscureference . I'm actually trying to avoid the scale entirely for a few weeks. I find that no matter what the scale says it allows me to rationalize eating junk afterwards. So I'm staying away. If you feel good about what you're doing then the scale doesn't matter.

obscureference, I'm with sammysam. I've been trying to do better about staying away from the scale and just focus on the positive changes and working to make them stick. I am on day 17 of 21 of my workout tracker, so I'm pretty pleased that I've been sticking to it and noticing my body get stronger and feeling better with eating the right foods. So on Saturday I get to start a new program!

Can I join?
Ultimate goal: I'd like to lose the last 12 lbs from my last pregnancy. I still have a lot to lose after that though.
This week's goal: Try to incorporate some exercise
How are you doing so far? I've been doing WW for 5 weeks and have lost 10 lbs so far.
RRAW: Not sure what this means? I need to figure out a time to work out or at least go walking at night. I have a lot of working mom guilt and feel like I need to make up the time that I don't see them all day at night. Maybe if I get better about walking a few days then going to the gym on the weekend my weight loss will be quicker.

Ultimate goal: feel comfortable in summer clothes
This week's goal: healthy snacks & more cardio (& yoga obvs)
How are you doing so far? Great! I headed out on a long walk yesterday and ended up doing 3.8 miles. I even ran a whole mile of it (and boy am I feeling it today!). I haven’t run in years so that was a huge win! Today will be day 72 of yoga ☺️
RRAW: see above - ran for the first time in years!

sarahh 10 lbs is amazing! Congrats! I have the working mom guilt too so I just incorporate DD into my exercise. We walk to the park every day after work for a few hours or we go for a stroller walk so she can come with me. We also play in the backyard a lot and I run up and down the porch stairs. We play tag etc. I have seasons passes to local gardens, playgrounds etc where you have to do a lot of walking. I find if I follow her lead I'm way more active than I would otherwise be and I don't have to worry about missing out on time with her. RRAW is just rants, Raves, AW:)

charliefox Yay to the running! That's great! Do you think you'll try to keep incorporating running into your exercise? I think so. I really like to go on looooonnng walks. Pre-kid I would do 5-7 miles 3-5 times a week but I just don't have the time now. Yesterday I was thinking that if I could incorporate running in intervals at least then it would cut down on the total time I take to exercise. I am super sore today, lol, and with my IUI today I'm going to take it easy but hope to try again later this week.

Ultimate goal: Lose 150lbs
This week's goal: Lose 2lbs
How are you doing so far? I have not weighed in this week, and I probably won't. DD's birthday party was last weekend and we went all out with cake and pizza and after she went to her dad's house, DH & I kicked back with an imperial stout and watched anime. We both woke up dehydrated and puffy and sore AF the next day (we're ollllldddd lol) so I'm sure I'm carrying extra water weight. I'll probably wait til next Monday to weigh in.
RRAW: So frustrated that it's been raining every day for the past week and is forecasted to do so for the foreseeable future. I finally got my pool clean, damnit, I want to swim!
