Not much for me today. I’m wondering if B might have seasonal allergies. Is that possible for kids her age? She’s been complaining that her eyes feel “wet” plus has a bit of a stuffy nose. I actually am 99% sure that B is struggling with them. But he’s not even 2 yet. Not sure if I can give him anything.

Oh my goodness ladystrat! Congrats and hugs! Morning. I’m tired, not for any specific reason other than three kids and a newborn. I’m taking ry to school soon and then hitting the gym and the grocery store. Landon and Lucas both have baseball games tonight and they overlap, so we will have to divide and conquer.

Morning, busy work today which is fine, I can focus on that. Mh is off to his trip and I've recovered from the haircut, she is still adorable. Tonight is free cone night at haagen Dasz, so I may take the kids for a walk after dinner if they are good. Granted now that I stopped nursing, I apparently need to exercise again 😖, so I probably don't need ice cream.

Morning.
Time flies! I'm sure you are proud of him @ladystat .
+whatever to zyrtec. I didn't know babies could suffer from allergies, but sure enough, M2 does. He takes 1/2 tsp of zyrtec daily. If I ever forget to give it to him for a couple days, usually weekends, his eyes get real goopy and I'm all like OOPS!

Live blog...
Installer arrived. He had no idea he was doing 3 bathrooms, he thought it was just one. He said it's going to take all week. I think he has a game plan to tackle it, leaving the backsplash for last, which is good since I'm not changing the carpet install Friday.
I'm going to take notes of everything that has happened with this so I can make sure when I leave my review, to include every damn headache that has been caused.

Morning! I'm tired from newborn sleep and 2 crazy kids. My in-laws are coming to watch the boys while I take L to her 2 year checkup. They said they'd come early so I can go workout alone before taking her. I'm tempted to just sit in my car with Netflix instead going to boot camp. Noooooooo. You and cagoldi are my motivation for getting back in the work out game after this baby. I need you to be strong, so I can be strong. But for real though, I would likely go sit at Starbucks in this scenario. Newborn sleep is no joke. I'm in the parking lot, doing it! I know I'll feel better after. How many weeks are you now??

Hi ladies! We rented bikes this week (should have brought our own but forgot) and cycled 8 miles this morning, it was so nice out. Both kids love being on the bike and were singing the whole ride. Went to the pool this afternoon and are now drinking wine on the patio. We’re enjoying ourselves .

At work wishing it was further in the week. M had his first dental work appointment. MH took him. It went well and we have a month until his next one. Nothing else going on today. I need to figure out what I'm sending our mom's for Mother's day so I can get that sent.

He already has the carpet out of the downstairs bathroom and said he should have the tile placed in about an hour and half. The other two bathrooms have tile, so it will take a little longer to prep them for tile. Hopefully the rest of this is smooth, but we just have the worst luck, so I'm doubtful.

That's great he's started. IME watching contractors work is like waiting for water to boil, seems like it takes FOREVER. When the deck was getting built last year, I said to the guy "HGTV does this in like a 30 minutes show soooooo?' We had a good laugh.

Don't ask me how. Exercise is the only thing keeping me relatively sane ATM.

That made me tear up, ladystrat. You must be feeling so many different things. He sounds like a wonderful young man and I think he looks a lot like you. Sorry XH continues to act like such a fool, dapostrophe. How does your son handle all his nonsense now that he's older and recognizes how erratic he can be? Get it, wineallthetime! You're going to kill it at boot camp!

Hello. Back in the office after a chiro visit. Hoping the acupuncture and adjustment will help with the pesky headaches I’ve been having for weeks.
It’s a gloomy day and my coworker with negative pto is gone all week, Which I’m okay with so i don’t have to get frustrated with her being here doing nothing.

Somehow, my little 20 month-old chunk is 32 pounds. It's a mystery to me because he doesn't eat anything.
Re: Zyrtec, Dude has been taking that for as long as I can remember. We also use Flonase.

Hi ladies. Aw, what a bittersweet milestone ladystrat. dapostrophe I'm sorry your XH continues to act like a fool. How frustrating. The girls just started on Zyrtex and it's been great. I started taking allergy meds when I was around 6 mo old. Good luck with the home improvements mwhip. <-- that was my face when I read the update that they didn't know they were doing multiple rooms. klong11 I hope you can take tomorrow off. I never take MH days and I need to now and then. tgrimes was it ever determined if H has a super virus or what was the plan from here? Poor little guy.

FYI Costco has 10 mg off brand Zyrtec tabs on sale for $10 for 365. It's a hell of a deal and works just as good as name brand. It's recommended for age 6+. Cass' doc was fine with her taking it because she's the size of a 6 yo. I suppose you could cut pills too if you wanted a smaller dose. They both struggled with swallowing the pills at first, but then we covered them in nasty Kraft cheese like we do with the cats and they go down easily.

Nothing exciting today. Maddie and I have dentist appts tonight and unless she needs a follow-up (which she might because I think it's just for a cleaning and I don't know if they are installing her jaw expander thing yet) it's one of our last of seemingly endless appts these past few months. We had a nonstop day yesterday. Cass and I left a little after 9 and we didn't get home until around 6:30. I was beat.

wineallthetime Nice! You will feel better after, getting in the door is the hardest part. I am 37+4 today. In the home stretch, but I need baby to make it to at least her DD. I have too much end of school year stuff to do! cagoldi We talk about it a lot with his therapist. How it's ok to have conflicting feelings about someone you love. Lots of boundaries and managing expectations. Understanding you can't change people...stuff like that. It's a tough life lesson for a kid, but he seems to manage fairly well.

Hi ladies! Still kind of foul over here. DD ahead: My grandmother passed away this morning. I'm not sad for myself, per se, but for the situation mostly. The kids are fine, butJosie is going through a definite rough patch and her meltdowns are more frequent when she not in control of a situation. I'm tired of putting out so many little and constant fires. MH is in a very busy moment of work, and he's all hands on deck when he's home, so we're both kind of burnt out and in need a break. One doesn't feel like it's in sight for a while, so we find the sunnier moments of the day and focus on those.
