I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice, I exclusively breastfeed and R doesn't take any bottles. She has before but I never push it because I'm a stay at home mom and I hate pumping so much but I'm starting to get really burnt out because I'm never alone. I'm trying to start giving her bottles so I can get out of the house but now she's not having anything to do with them. Have I created a monster?

I've heard great things about the First years breastflow bottle. One of my friends had tried quite a few options and that was the only one her DD would take.
I wouldn't say you've created a monster, some babies just need to find the right bottle that mimics the breast, you know? No worries!

I would try getting out of the house first, make sure you are nowhere around. If that doesn't work, you could try doing it elsewhere and also leaving (obviously be close by to see how it goes). I've seen this work though.
For us, it helped to have them warm enough.

C initially refused every bottle we tried. She eventually loved the Nuk Simply Natural bottles and cheapy hospital ones. Now she's not nearly as picky but the nuk was the one that saved us.

Thanks guys, I will try some other bottles. Strangely it never crossed my mind that could have been the problem. I decided to feed her and leave for a bit with the bottle as a back up hopefully she'll be ok.
