Hi!
:Waves to self and any future Jan/Feb ladies:
I'm a FTM who just joined HIH. I was invited over here from TB where I was in TTGP the last 9 months and spent half a cycle over here. I realize I just became that bitch that shows up in ttgp and gets a BFP and leaves. I promise you though it was not an easy journey to get here.
Back on Nov 20th of last year (the date is forever burned into my memory) at 9 weeks I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy that was missed at my first U/S the previous week. I had a heard and saw a heart beat (161) and was sent home with pictures of my future LO, which is why it was so shocking to find out I needed to be rushed into surgery. My left tube and LO were removed right before Thanksgiving and I can tell you I was neither happy nor thankful.
I have told my story so many times I could do it in my sleep at this point. I'm glad I have though because I've gotten pms from ladies saying that because I did they recognized something wasn't right and it was caught early.
I've pretty much been filled with anxiety ever since. Wondering if I would ever see another BFP or get a take home baby.
So. .. I was beyond happy to see a BFP over the weekend. I have to still get a U/S to make sure Little bean implanted in my ute but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and any good vibes you want to send me I will take.
I'm 33 my H is 36, we have been together 4 years, married in July. We have the two cutest doxies and live in Oregon. I'm looking forward to connecting with other mom's as I have no idea what I'm doing and everyone I've met so far has been really cool.
TL:DR - FTM from Oregon who had a previous ectopic. EDD is January 5th.
