I had a rough week haha. Down 3 lbs and I was feeling really good in my workouts but then had some weird schedule days towards the end of the week & I didn’t workout. Diet kind of went to crap too. Trying to start fresh on Monday!

I majorly slipped up today. Mexican food and basically a bottle of wine myself.

I fell off the wagon hard, but I have a hard time with diet and exercise so it's not to be unexpected. :/ time to get back on. I had a really hard time last weekend getting my hair cut because I gained all these pounds in my face. I couldn't look at my face in the mirror without getting teary. I'm also finding that nothing fits... Including last go round pp RTW clothes and even my maternity shorts... Yea. Its just going to be hard to balance working out and my MBA that I use my nights / weekend for. I did walk a lot of hills yday with DD1 in the stroller so, that was a work out. Keep in mind you in some cases over 2 months behind PP wise than some people! I just got my act together (we’ll sort of) at 14 weeks pp and I still have 12 pounds to lose!

And every baby and pregnancy is diff. But by this time with my DD1 I was closer to pp weight. I was more active because I was coaching. And ultimately I'm about 20lbs to pre -kids which is where id like to get to.
