Lunches: Cilantro lime chicken with zoodles, black beans, and pineapple. I also diced tomatoes and onion with avocado to go on top.
M - Talipia, sweet potatoes, broccoli T - ham, broccoli, brown rice and fruit W - FOO FIGHTERS. No I am not eating them.
TH thru Sun - Inspiration needed.

So far I've got:
-cauliflower rice bowl with roasted veggies and a tahini sauce on top. -veggie japchae -pinto bean and veggie tacos -portobella mushrooms, mashed rutabega and a baby kale salad

-leftovers tonight -sausage and pepper bake with quinoa -ham and bean soup with bread -sloppy joes, tots and veggies and hummus -pasta and salad
Then I'll be cooking up some frittatas for brunch after V's baptism this weekend.

Monday - Turkey tacos, beans, corn Tuesday - Ground turkey & spiralized zucchini stuffed peppers, sweet potatoes Wednesday - zucchini "lasagna" w ground beef, roasted asparagus Thursday - Turkey wraps & broccoli slaw Friday - cheeseburgers (mine will be bunless), corn on the cob
