DS2 came down with a stomach bug yesterday 😱 he was at my parents at the time and my mom insisted on keeping him which made me feel guilty but also helped me avoid the night of terror and cut down on germs here. I’m still terrified though. I think a few families on the board have been hit by stomach viruses after baby was born. Did any babies get it? If you got it what precautions did you did for baby not to get it? DS1 had the bug the day before I went into labor and h had it 2 days after we got home. We isolated the sick person as much as possible for at least 24 hours, lysoled everything (look for the Lysol that says it’s good for noriviruses) and H wore a mask if he had to help with the baby. DS2 did not catch it.

Hi. We had a busy morning. We went out for breakfast, then we hit the grocery store. The baby only slept 45 minutes after lunch. G hasn’t slept at all. 😑 In a few minutes I’m going to get her out of her bed, get her changed and head out somewhere. That way MH will be home alone with the baby so he can relax a bit. It will also give me one on one time with G. I have soooo much cleaning and laundry to catch up on. I just want to sleep.

Hey! H took the big to the park. I need to put the babe down and unload the dishwasher and switch the laundry. Thank goodness spring break is over! I need to get my house in order bc my brother will be in town next weekend.

So my doctor prescribed me progesterone to jump start my period and they said to expect it on day 3 of the 7 days of pills. I just took the 6th day pill last night and still nothing. Now I’m worried that something is wrong. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow I usually didn't start bleeding until 3ish days AFTER finishing the pills. Three doses barely has enough time for your body to register the difference in hormone levels, let alone enough to start a period.
