Thanks, @snow and meggos! I was tracking with the Glow and Ovia apps, so I’m 100% sure on LMP and all that. So the 5 days off threw me for a slight loop.

Plus, sperm can live for like 5 days in your uterus, and it can take longer to implant after ovulation/fertilization. Plus, your ultrasound was very early. The most accurate time to do a dating ultrasound is 8-11 weeks, and even then those are only accurate to within 5 days.

It’s no fun.

quijibo , with my first pregnancy, I think at one point early on DS was measuring 3-4 days behind. He's also an IVF baby, so there was zero question about dates. He's a happy, healthy almost three year old, so five days really can be no big deal at this stage. I feel you on being ready to get out of first tri though!

Diordra I’m so glad they found baby hiding! That would have scared the crap out of me! quijibo yay for gestational & yolk sac! I measured 4-5 days off from all my u/s, which is SUPER annoying. I have been using the Ava bracelet, and FF, and I can pretty much tell you an O date +- 2days, and when I implanted, as we took my betas, and my first draw was 16 (2-3days after implantation). So I’m just going be my dates, and ignoring what the dr says. 😂 plus, if this baby is anything like DS, it’ll end up coming 3 weeks early anyway. 😂 My MFM always told me there’s an approx +-1wk dating error with u/s anyway.

Also, I’m now on what my work calls “pregnancy disability,” for the next 5wks. I can barely function on all the meds, and it’s not safe to drive all foggy like I was, so now I’m at home, not taking any meds, just trying to push through 1st tri. 🤢🤢🤢

Hahaha! The Ovia app is like, “Ok. We’ll change your LMP to March 12.” YOU WILL DO NO SUCH THING. IT’S A LIE. So, yeah, I’m going back to my December 12 date, cause December 17 bugs me.

Ovia out here pushing Fake News. ::SMH:: Right! What annoys me though, is that I can’t change the O length, and that if I put in my O date, it changes my LMP, or vice versa! I generally O on CD 18-20, so nothing ever works right for me. 😡

Got the call! Everything looked good yesterday, but I’m to go for more blood work tomorrow to check HCG levels again and then another ultrasound in one week. And, if all is still good, my official intake at the OB office is May 1.

Is anyone here dealing with sciatica pain already? I did not have this with my first, so I have no idea how to treat it.

For the last few weeks I've been having pain radiating from my hip down my leg when I stand for too long. I saw a chiropractor my last pregnancy and I'm going to start up again soon, it helped a lot last time with my hip/lower back issues. Look for a chiropractor trained in webster technique.

Loss milestone is today! I’m feeling good about it. We know Thing 3 isn’t an EP. My HCG levels on Monday were almost 11,000. At 6 weeks last time, they were 1,200. More blood work today. Visiting vampires on my lunch break is never a good time. Scheduled our next U/S for 4/24.

I just put in a call to my doctor. I started having some bleeding last night and this morning. It has tapered off, but I don’t think I can wait another two weeks for a scan just to know if I’m having another miscarriage. Any positive thoughts would be welcome.

summerrain, I hope everything is ok. I had some very similar light bleeding a couple weeks ago that turned out to be nothing. It's so scary, but I hope you get some reassurance soon that all is well!

summerrain hoping you get some reassurance today, bleeding is so scary! I bled/spotted for 4 days a couple of weeks ago and it was so nerve-wracking, but turned out ok.

Apparently I get to see my OB sooner than anticipated. I started bleeding red/kind of heavy just before lunch. Luckily, my OB is amazing and they are getting me in soon. I'm trying to reassure myself that our odds of miscarriage should be super low, but I'm just willing time to pass so hopefully we see a healthy nugget with a heartbeat again.

Thank you so much for all the good thoughts! Baby looked great, measuring exactly as I thought and a heart rate in the 120s. I had to hold back all my happy tears. The last few times I’ve been in the ultrasound room have been bad so it was nice to get great news.
