These two little bottom teeth are stinking adorable. I'm doing the most ridiculous things just to get M to smile big so I can see them. THIS! this smile is my favorite ever.

Some old lady just told me the twins were nice and juicy looking. Dafuq? She may in fact be the Hansel & Gretel witch. RUN!! Far far away.

Between this and the wildlife refuge we seem to be becoming outside we should just give up and build a GD barn. Fire the lawn maintenance guys and just buys a family of goats. I see potential for a Chip and Joanna style-reality show here...!

sophiegrace sorry about M's sleep. I hope she gets back on track soon. Also, completely agree about CF food. It's good--there is definitely better--but I like going about once a year to get my fix of cheesecake, and the overwhelmingly large menu is good for when I don't really know what I'm in the mood for...Italian? Mexican? Asian? It's all there. (And all the cheesecake haters can just step off.)

Thinking of you goldenlove! I hope C is back in your arms soon! So sorry for the rough nights dashook and sophiegrace! Hopefully tonight will be better for both of you. flamingo, I love the bread at Cheesecake Factory. And also the cheesecake. And you just reminded me that I have a gift card for there from when I won the chili cook off at work last fall!

I'm here.
I've spent most of my morning arguing with a customer. They want us to credit an invoice stating that it's a duplicate and was already paid on a previous invoice. Looking over everything, it seems that one of the invoices was submitted against the wrong line item and does need a credit but also needs to be re-billed to the correct line item. But the customer is refusing to tell me which line item to re-bill it to and is insisting that it's a duplicate and only a credit is needed. Dude, these are two separate invoices, with different delivery dates and different products and I have the proof of deliveries to back me up. Stop arguing with me, both invoices need to be paid.
Sorry, I know that was a super interesting rant for you all to read, I just needed to vent.
On a positive note, I have tomorrow off, so I just need to make it through today and then 3-day weekend here I come!

Ahhh the emotions combined with lack of sleep is one of the worst feelings dashook. It's ok though, you just need to rally. Get yourself a delicious cup of coffee and treat yourself to a good ol' vino style dance party. You tell yourself all the positives of this situation over and over until all the negatives seem like nothing. Solid advice. Today's dance party was courtesy of DJ Khaled - I'm the One ft. Justin Bieber

So in addition to being exhausted I have a headache and feel kinda pukey. If I didn't know for sure that immaculate conception wasn't a real thing, I'd be wondering if this isn't suspiciously like first tri symptoms. I wish I could take a nap!

C just went back for his surgery. I'm managing to keep my tears in because I'm in the lobby surrounded by people but I'm internally freaking out. I know it's not even a big deal and he'll be fine. He was already sleeping when they took him back so hopefully he just transitions straight into anesthesia and doesn't even notice the difference. It does make me feel better that they don't do the IV until he's sleeping because watching him get it as a newborn was heartbreaking. I'm thinking of you today! Any surgery is a big deal so freak out as much or as little as you need.

Hello all.
I'm on a roll and being super productive this morning, I've got so much done and it's not even 11am. The best news is that my decking materials are now sitting on my driveway ready to be built!! Hopefully they start soon, I promised B a stay home day when their building, he'll be a great supervisor.

Afternoon. I've been distracted listening to #testicomey while trying to work..
Today I had a chuckle, there's a new baby in n's class named Cora...so two Noras and a Cora in a class of 9. She's a fashionista too, adorable real outfits and hair accessories both days I've seen her. And poor N rolls in with random mismatched daycare outfits that I don't care about when she inevitably poops or spills all over. The dad seems nice though, maybe the wife is fun and we can be friends, ha. He probably saw my hodgepodge crew and was like they are NMS.

Thanks for all the thoughts and well wishes everyone! We are back at home now and C did great! He was crying as he woke up from anesthesia but was smiling and flirting with the nurse about an hour later. He had a bottle and is napping now. Hopefully he stays happy when he wakes up.

I'm so happy things went well for C goldenlove !!! Now time for cuddles !! sophiegrace H and I used to dream of opening up a dog ranch somewhere in the Midwest. You're invited! flamingo Cheesecake sounds amazing right now!!! Did you eat any? What kind? jubilantsquirrel Cutest picture !! tallb AV has soooooo many clothes (hand me downs) yet most days she looks like a frump bc (a) we're in the house all day, (b) I want her to be comfy, and (c) she just drools and spills all over everything else anyway so I'd be changing her every ten minutes.

goldenlove what a relief to have C home and happy! Glad it went well! danib I start freaking out when H comes home late from a night out! I don't envy your position. Glad it was something benign. tallb my kid is also the hodgepodge one. Especially bc I try to use some hand me downs from DS, but it's usually obvious it's boy clothing. Meh, don't care that much to change though. sophiegrace is it taking so long to get back down because you are using the sleep consultants recommendations? Or have you tossed those aside already?

I've been wrapped up in the Comey testimony all day too. It's exhausting to try to keep up!
And somehow, I mixed up days on the yoga schedule, so I missed today's class for no reason. I'm keeping my yoga pants on bc my intention was there and that's gotta count for something.

I had this grand plan to spend the morning over on the politics board but then of course I had to actually work and now I have no idea what's going on with that whole thing.

jubilantsquirrel I am not politically articulate so here is copy and paste of a summary by dc2london "a few closing thoughts. 1. There's deeeeeeefinitely an obstruction of justice case being looked at by Mueller and the good news is that he gives no fucks what republicans think about the implications of the word "hope." 2. Comey fired several shots across the bow of Sessions. Sessions is cooked. 3. There's clearly more dirt on VEB and it's highly classified. This is bad for Kush. 4. The republicans tried to impeach Comey's integrity and they failed. 5. Patriotic leakers gonna leak. Read more: aplacetomeet.freeforums.net/thread/1399/james-comey-testifies-june-10?page=30#ixzz4jR3OX6xi" Also, McCain sounded like a blubbering fool that made no sense whatsoever.
