Poll: Do you think this will be your last pregnancy?

This is our second and will be our last. We were pretty set on two going into it and I've had so many complications this time that I just can't (or won't) do this again.

I'm 99.9% sure I am done and DH is 150% sure he's done. So yeah. This pregnancy has been so so awful physically.

H always wants to see how the baby fits into our family before deciding on the next, but I'm pretty sure we'll be trying for our fourth if everything goes well with this c-section.

I originally had no idea, then we had our first and I immediately wanted a lot. Like six. But I settled down to the idea of four haha.

I always said 2 so we’re done after this. I feel like being a bit older this time (34) pregnancy has been harder on my body plus having a 2 year old makes me more tired to start with. So I don’t think I’ll miss it and I am happy with 2 girls.

Ive always wanted 2 so this will likely be my last pregnancy. I’m not 100% sure DH doesn’t want a 3rd though.

I do not like being pregnant and am happy that this is the end of the road.
But if H had a change of heart and wanted a third, I'd do it again for him.

We are done after this one. We were actually kind of done before this one at 2, but oops or happy accident or someone in the universe having other plans, etc. We're thrilled, of course, but also so so done.

I'm not really sure. For whatever reason, I picture us with three. We have decided to assess as we go and decide by the time this baby turns two and go from there. I think the biggest factor will be finances. I want to be able to live comfortably, let the kids be involved in the activities they want, and vacation regularly. All of that will be a lot more feasible with just the two.

I can’t see us trying for a third after this. I’m happy with two and so is my H. As I said in the other thread, only in an ideal world would I try for more and unfortunately we don’t live in an ideal world.

DH would like 3. I've said let's wait and see how we feel. I think I'd like a third but I'd also like to be able to not stress about money. I said we'd have to wait for a third at least until DD is in kindergarten so less money going to daycare. Which would only be 2.5 years away. So who knows.

DH is totally convinced we are 2 and through. I am not convinced but the practical part of me says yeah probably this is our last.

This is our second and last. While this pregnancy has been less complicated than my first, it's been way more exhausting and tough on my body. If we won the lottery or circumstances changed, MAYBE I would consider doing it again. But pretty sure we're good.

I’ve always pictured three. This pregnancy is #2 but with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia looming we’ll have to see how the rest of this plays out first. We’ll likely wait a bit longer between #2 and #3 if that’s what we end of doing for child care purposes.

Most likely. This is our third. Neither of us would mind a fourth, but I don't really want to do pregnancy again and I'd like to see the light at the end of the tunnel of the toddler years.

This. The toddler years are ROUGH. I have so much more appreciation for the baby stage now.

This will be two and we're done. I have to get at least my fallopian tubes out for other reasons in the next few years anyways.

SS: I don't want to vote yes. I'd like to say that we'll have one more, but this pregnancy took so long and ended up being so rough. I think if we had been able to get pregnant sooner, we might have one more.

And oh man, I've definitely felt my age more than I did with DS.

Yes this is my last and I’m getting a tubal during my C-section.
This is my fourth baby.

MH is 100% done after this one and plans to get a vasectomy. So barring that not working or something, yes. Lol.
