I did day 76 this morning. 78 and 79 tomorrow. I am so excited to be near the end.

I did whatever day yesterday was, last night. Super sets. Getting ready to do cardio and abs shortly.

I struggled last week. But I’m determined to see these next two weeks out. And do the surge next week. I realized it lines up with DDs school break which means no sports so I should have time and be able to stick with it.
Anyway I did day 78? Whatever week 12 day 1 is. Plus a fartlek run

I’ve had a super rough last couple of days and little sleep, and I was so close to skipping today, but I powered through and did the supersets for this week and a Jessica smith walking ab workout.

Day 79 done - plus the Jillian app 5k strength workout. Briana skips the second move on the second set FYI. I ended up following the list instead of her

I did day 78 yesterday and 79 today plus the power move. I did not do the power move yesterday. No thank you to five straight minutes of mountain climbers.

completed the whole body super sets. Skipped out on Tuesday since I went to a workout class in town, but I may do it one day on the weekend, just 'cause.

Yeah she did week 13 tabatas on day 81 so if you’re looking to do that, do the day 79 video.

Starting week 13 and the surge tomorrow. I’m going to start the diet tomorrow then be a day behind her on the workouts. It’s looking like a crazy week for me with DH gone a lot. So wish me luck

I finished up the last week 12 workout today (I flip the last two ) Starting week 13 and the surge tomorrow. I’m going to start the diet tomorrow then be a day behind her on the workouts. It’s looking like a crazy week for me with DH gone a lot. So wish me luck I’m doing this too. I’m probably going to piecemeal workouts from other weeks or 5.0 to keep up. Now that I’ve made it a habit, I’m having a better time doing “something” even if it’s a 20 minute power walk video...which crack me up and remind me of my mom with thong leotards over tights in the early 90s, but still get my heart rate up.

I missed a lot last week but am starting the surge tomorrow. It's going to kick my ass I'm sure. I'm not doing the exact diet this week but am going to stick with water and coffee only to drink, and be mindful of what I eat. Minimal processed foods, etc..

I basically missed all last week for vacation. I tried to repeat some videos via Facebook but the internet plan we had on the ship was suuuuper slow. I spent most of the time standing around waiting for it to buffer.
Anyway, I did 76 and 78 this morning. Decided to skip the day 75 fit test and jist pick it up from there.
