Congratulations again! I'm glad you made it over here!
For me, with DS2 I was a basketcase about symptoms. I finally had to just start telling myself that things were what they were, and me panicking every time I didn't wake up nauseated (or my breasts felt less sore or whatever) couldn't change things. I would take deep breaths and say "it is what it is" out loud until I slowed my roll a little.

Congrats, misspatty!
+1 to what hawkward said. With DD, I had zero symptoms the entire 1st trimester, which made me panic. With DS, I had them all and when they changed, I panicked. I repeated the mantras over and over and over until I calmed down. It's tough. If you haven't checked out the mantras, they may help.

Congrats!!
I, too, lost my symptoms before confirming my 2 MMCs, so symptom spotting brings a lot of anxiety for me. I don't have much advice other than its normal. PGAL is a totally mindfuck. 1st tri is hard and you will have lots of worry. Try to remember the mantras and remember you are pregnant today.

I don't have great advice but I can say you are not alone in the symptom spotting and related freak out or the wish for suspended animation until later on. I hope you can stay mostly calm and distracted for the next few weeks. I have everything crossed for you.

I second the suggestion for early monitoring if you can get it. I had 2 recent losses and so I'm under the care of an RE also and they are checking my hcg levels and doing an early ultrasound next week at around 6w for me. It is giving me piece of mind to get the feedback that yes, things are progressing. I'll be nervous as hell before the u/s but that will help hold me over until the next one. How far do you think you were when you had the m/c last time? I know for a lot of women, once they get through their milestones, they can also get some relief of the (extra) anxiety. Distraction was also mentioned and I think that is a good idea too.

With my MMC I never had a loss of symptoms and I'm still over analyzing them like crazy. First tri is just, ugh. Hope you get some reassurance soon!

Congrats on your pregnancy!
First tri is so hard for so many reasons. It sucks that loss anxiety ends up making it do much harder. Sudden loss of symptoms was my first clue and it's made my subsequent first tri much more exhausting mentally. Try to breath, take things one day, one hour, one minute at a time. Big hugs.

Welcome and congratulations! I know first tri is such a mind fuck after a loss. You've already received some great advice. I'll just add that I lost all my symptoms and had spotting around 6-7 weeks and was sure it was another MMC, but I'm now 29 weeks. So there is just no real way to tell. It's just a waiting game. I hope time passes quickly and you have a healthy, uneventful pregnancy.
