So since a lot of us are already experiencing nausea, I thought it might be helpful for us to share our remedies. For me, it’s peppermint sticks and green apple jolly ranchers. Ginger ale does nothing for me.

Ginger ale has also been worthless for me. Sea bands, mints, sour candies.. those have been the only things to save me at the moment. And making sure I never have an empty stomach.

Mint gum or peppermint tea helped me last time!

And I think this is half craving-half remedy, but flavored iced teas are my thing right now. Peach tea in particular.

Avoiding an empty stomach is what has helped me the most, I'm not a big snacker so I got a can of mixed nuts and sometimes throw in some chocolate chips if I can handle it. Otherwise I've been trying to eat more, small meals instead of the 1-2 big ones I normally have.
And water, I'm constantly sipping water.

Only God can help me now.
Guess how I'm feeling.
Okay, fine. Only ever drink small sips of water far apart. Keep saltines by the bed and eat a few before getting up. Jolly ranchers. Eat small amounts fairly frequently. Ginger never did anything for me.
God I hate nausea.

Sipping juice/lemonade/tea, making sure I always have something in my stomach, jelly beans, B6 and Unisom before bed. Also, for those of us with heartburn, I discovered tums makes these things called Chewy Bites, which work same as the chalky gross tablets, but are in the form of a large, slightly chalky fruity skittle. They are much more tolerable than the classic kind.
I OD'd on ginger last time and ended up associating nausea with it and it stopped working/made it worse, so I'm not even bothering this time.

No significant nausea here yet. I’m sure it’ll hit full force when I have house guests in 2 weeks, because of course it will.
