Age: 2 3/4
Milestones: She's been voluntarily licking vegetables. This feels like a huge milestone.
Challenges: No additional challenges this week. I feel as though we're waiting for a doozy.
Funny/cute stories: We were walking along by the river and she mentioned that there were ducks. So I pointed out a breed of duck that's very common around here and vanishingly rare elsewhere. My description may have included the words, "Look there, L. There, where I'm pointing." She listened patiently and then said, very loudly, "Look, Mummy. Look there, where I'm pointing. There are two ducks and one is a daddy duck and one is a mummy duck. They are trying to make baby ducks."
How are you? Tired all the time. I've been sleeping well this week and I am absolutely worn out.
Anything else?
QOTW: How is your family handling DST? Ask me in a couple of weeks! Our clocks go forward on March 25th.

I forgot to come back to this!
Age: 3
Milestones: Nothing really new.
Challenges: He has "moderately severe" constipation still. It's been... not fun. He and his older brother are also fighting constantly lately.
Funny/cute stories: He GEEKED OUT over skeletons and getting to see his abdominal x-ray. He was so excited and pointing out the bones he remembered me teaching him. "Look, mom, a clavicle!" The x-ray tech thought he was hilarious.
How are you? Tired. DST is kicking my ass this year.
Anything else? Nope.
QOTW: How is your family handling DST? KICKING. MY. ASS.

Challenges: healthy eating, his diet is heavy on carbs. Try to introduce variety, but he likes the same basic stuff. And gags otherwise on the anything with any remote texture.
Funny/cute stories:
How are you? Tired, but content
Anything else?
QOTW: How is your family handling DST? It’s also kicking my ass. But I love it from a spring is here perspective.
