@privacy I like that. The idea of reading about what everyone else is doing is appealing too. Makes it easier to switch it up if something sounds interesting. Agreed. As someone who can be indecisive and likes to switch it up, I also like when people link to things they're doing. That may just be my general laziness talking actually. 🤷🏻♀️

I forgot to post yesterday - day 72 and surge day 2.
Today was day 73 and surge day 3. I skipped abs because lazy. I will do it tomorrow.

I did day 72 over lunch. It’s a mess of a video so I suggest using a week 9 one Is anyone doing the surge next week ? I'm doing the last week of March, when she does it live.

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't really been around much, things have been crazy. I have still been working out regularly, but it has been mostly elliptical. I like to do something while I can watch youtube videos because my time is so limited. I have found that I get engrossed in something and it keeps me on the elliptical longer so this is a win! I do need to work some more strength training in though, so I will be following what you all are doing next for ideas.

Is it just me or is the cardio really short? It is pretty short. Some people ran through the cardio twice (or more) when it was tabatas in phase one. I'm trying to catch up, so I'm combining the tabatas and super sets. I finished week 10 and did abs this morning. I may try to do as much of week 11 as I can over the next two days and then start week 12 on Tuesday and pair it with any unfinished workouts from 11. I want to be back on track!

I finished days 71 and 72 this morning. I think I used my heavier weights on every move this time.

I only had time for one workout today so did Jillian Michaels cardio instead of BBM. Tomorrow I’ll do this weeks super set and my run. And JM. And then I’ll go out to lunch

Just saying hello-- I have one more workout to fit in this weekend to finish 6.0 week 8. After this I planned to do 7.0, but if you all choose something different but similar I would be down for that too.

I used a week 9 video to do day 72 today. I ran through it twice, so I'm totally counting it as days 72 & 74. I also sort of did day 71, but it was kind of a mess because my children are bouncing off the walls.
Now one of them wants to go outside to play, but we got snow and ice last night, shattering my dreams of spring. 😩

This week has been a mess for me and I’m totally behind.

This morning I did 7.0 Day 75 and Surge day 5.
We are going to NYC tomorrow so I’m not sure if I will be able to squeeze something in or just do it on Monday. If I don’t get a chance to do it tomorrow, we’ll be doing a lot of walking at least.

Just finished days 73 and 74. I'll do the day 75 fit test tomorrow morning at 4:45 am. I am on track to get caught up this week if I double up on my two WFH days.

I finished day 75 (fit test) this morning. I will do 76 tomorrow morning and then 78 and 79 on Wednesday and get caught up finally.
