Did day whatever it was last night. The video cuts out near the beginning, so I lost track of 1-2 exercises.

Yesterday my husband and I went on a 3 mile walk.
Today I did 7.0 day 71, Ab Series, VIP Power Move and day one of the Surge. She seemed to have good results when she did the surge with 7.0 a few weeks ago so I’m giving it a try. I’m not expecting to lose what she did, I just need to step it up a bit.

Finished through day 68. I'm very slowly catching up. I will plan to do 69 tomorrow and 71 and 72 on Friday.

I started week 10 today and I'm hating myself a bit for being behind. I did days 64 & 65 and sort of half-assed the ab series. She said to take off your shoes, but I haven't been getting out my mat so that just meant I was sliding around on my carpet. 🤷🏻♀️

I started this week late so did the strength this morning. I may double up and do the cardio at lunch time.
We’re getting close to the end. And I love having this accountability group. Should we discuss what’s next ?

DST has messed with all of our sleep and I’m a couple days behind. DS was up screaming between 12-2 for some unknown reason and DD “tinkled” in her panties on the way to the bathroom at 3 and needed assistance and then was up for the day before 6.
I’m going to try and do the strength tonight after work tonight, but I may just double up the next couple of days.

@privacy - I just don’t have time in my life for more than 30 minutes right now (if we had a gym with childcare, life would be different) and though Brianna is pretty annoying, I know that my strength has really increased and my body fat percentage is down.
I may repeat 5.0 or at least sub some of the strength workouts for not run/hike days as the weather gets better.
I found my P90X dvds when cleaning out my desk and I would love to have the time to really kick my butt, but alas, half the time I end up smacking a kid with a weight in 20 less than 20 minute workouts.

loony I get the time thing for sure. I’m open to another BBM challenge but I know there are other options too if people want to try something different

Adding the varying strength workouts have been key for my own transformation and would like to keep that going.

I just did day 72. I like this tabata cardio line-up.
I haven't given much thought you what's next, but I'm open to something different or more Brianna, I like the 20-30 min time.

HasFit challenge hasfit.com/warrior-90-day-workout-routine-exercise-program-fitness-schedule-work-out-plan/Most of these are 20-30 minutes. There are a few days in the later weeks that combine 20 min videos and 30 minute videos. My thought is that people could either split them up, do them together or chose the one that day that works for them DareBee - this one is totally equipment free. But you could add weights to a lot of the moves if you want. There's something all 90 days. These aren't videos though. Just workouts laid out darebee.com/programs/90-days-of-action.htmlThere are also some that you have to pay for but fit our other parameters (20minutes at home) I’m definitely open to others ideas

I'd love to still have some group accountability going forward. I've done some Fitness Blender stuff before and I was looking at Kayla Itsines a bit.
I'd be willing to try the links you posted @privacy. You run too don't you? I want to start running again now that the weather is improving. I thought about doing the Running for Weightloss or C25K app and then something strength oriented on the alternating days.
I had the best of intentions on keeping up with workouts here and running last summer and it all kind of fell apart. I need to find a good balance this spring.
ETA: I'd do another BBM too, but I get needing a Briana break as well. I liked 6.0 better than 7.0 for some reason. I think the steady state in the middle of this one bugged me. I'm liking the format of the third phase though.

I only know Jillian Michaels from seeing snippets of Biggest Loser, but I know a few people who've liked her 30DS. I'm not opposed to anything, but under 30 minutes is nice. I'm not super coordinated, so sometimes I have a hard time figuring out the moves if they are complicated and change quickly. I can always watch things ahead of time so I'm not just fumbling around:

All my hunting for challenges today led me to the Jillian Michaels app. There’s a free 7 day trial so I’m trying it out now (sort of a diy surge) and will see if I like it enough to make it my next thing I do like that it’s portable for me since I’ve got lots of traveling coming up

I doubled up day 72 yesterday (4 total rounds) and did day 73 today. I actually went back and repeated day 71 because I wanted timers and she is kind of roughing it right now.
I am loving the accountability of the group and would be willing to look at another challenge, but I am really craving working in some more running and heavy lifting in this neck phase of my fitness journey. I have enjoyed BBM and feel like I have gotten a lot stronger, but I feel like I can't push my strength as far as I want to when we are confined to 1 minute of reps. There is an app by BowFlex that is made for the select tech weights I have that is centered around heavier weights and lower reps....I might do their 6 week challenge once 7.0 is done with alternating runs or cardio workouts from the links @privacy posted.
I do still want a place where we all check in together though—I think it has been a huge help in keeping me motivated.

I also think it is kind of weird that we are in Phase 3 and we are still only doing 2 rounds of tabatas. In 5.0, we were up to 4 by now. I have been doubling up on cardio days, but it doesn't seem like there is the same intensity progression that she has had in previous series.

Here’s what I’m thinking may work - we can all branch out but still be doing the same basic thing. We all commit to 3 days of strength alternating with 3 days cardio. We can post what we do and hold each other to the format. Sort of like the 10 min fitness challenge but more in depth. It sounds like we all have different goals so finding one size fits all challenge is ...well challenging Thoughts ?

Hi all!
I haven't been checking in or doing many BBM videos. I've been doing a lot of field work and yard work and getting most of my exercise that way. I'll probably be in this kind of routine through April.
But I will keep lurking around and cheering you on! I'm so impressed with all of you that have stuck with it this long. And I'll definitely jump back in whenever it fits my schedule more consistently.
