i did maybe 2 of each holding myself in a bridge. Then proceeded to modify (? Don’t even know if it’s the correct modification) by leaving my butt on the ground. I will sub something else out next time around. I did a bicycle crunch for the first and a toe touch crunch for the second. So basically I laid down and dis the moves... This is what I’ve been doing too. Much better than the bridges.

I finished day 68 today.
What are you guys doing when the 90 day challenge is over? I’ve been happy with how I’ve actually stuck to this, and I’m afraid when it’s over I’ll go back to doing mostly nothing.

I just did Day 65. I could do another one today - I should have an hour more of nap time, but that would really cut into my sitting on the couch and eating cookies by myself time. Oh well.

I feel like my workouts I've been crap the last couple of weeks. I've skipped days and half-assed other ones. I'm up a couple pounds. I don't know what was going on with me but I need to get back in the game, starting today. My back was tweaked a bit last week but it seems better today so hopefully that's done with. When I've missed workouts I've just been keeping on schedule instead of falling behind.
I saw she's going to be doing another live surge week the last week of March so I'm planning on doing that.

I skipped yesterday and gained almost two pounds by eating out and going to a hickey game. So, job well done there.
I did 58, 59, and abs this morning though. I might skip the day 60 fit test and do 61& 62 tomorrow. Then maybe I can start week 10 on Wednesday...though all the talk of bridge moves isn't making me excited.

I thought about restarting with the Running for Weightloss app. I'd like to get back to running as the weather gets nicer and then maybe do some BBM strength stuff on my off days. I'm still only using 8 lbs and I was up to 10 for a lot of things at the end of the last challenge. I haven't loved the strength stuff in 7.0. Or maybe I just haven't pushed myself hard enough. 🤷🏻♀️ I've also wondered about Kayla Itsines- has anybody ever tried her stuff?

Just did day 51 + abs. Lower body was killer today. I was excited for new moves, but I think my legs are still shaking.
We did wall sits for the first time, and I held it for the full minute 🙌 💪! Briana was annoying af though, her husband scared her from outside so she was basically laughing/standing the whole time. Bitch, we are over here doing the work, get it together 🙄 .
