I just did 64 and the bridge moves are still impossible for me.
Also I’m hoping to double up a bit this week as I’m leaving for vacation Saturday and at least want to finish out the week before I go. I am a day behind though.

Did day whatever last night. Not sure if I am going to do todays' workout tonight or head to exercise class in town tonight.

Don’t even know if it’s the correct modification) by leaving my butt on the ground. I will sub something else out next time around.

I did day 64 and abs today. The bridge moved are impossible for me too.
My last barre class of the session was last night. New one starts in a few weeks and I also signed up for an aerobics class.

I did the last cardio of week 9, because DS and SO were asleep in my room where my weights were.
I’m worried about these bridge things. I haven’t looked at the line up yet.

I did the cardio for week 10 yesterday, I had to sub a couple of the floor moves because my back is still tweaked from last week.

I did day 64 yesterday morning and 4 rounds of day 65 today. I am slacking at checking in, but determined to stick with these damn workouts.
H put his arms around me this weekend and commented about how it seems like there is less of me. It made me feel good.

I am caught up through day 60. I will keep trying to double up when possible so I can catch up. You are all making really nervous about whatever these bridge moves are in week 10.

I did day 65 this morning plus yesterday and today’s power moves. She was counting down again on one of the exercises, ugh it is so annoying!

I'll be doing day 59 tomorrow. I lied. I did 59 yesterday. Her days are all labelled wrong. I skipped the fit test and did tabatas from earlier in the week.

I did the first week 10 strength. I should have watched it first, because I had a hard time following.
But, I am proud that I was able to get up and do it before work today. NSV of making this a life changing habit.

I did a bicycle crunch for the first and a toe touch crunch for the second. So basically I laid down and dis the moves...

But decided to put it off till the end of the month. To me it looks just like a low carb meal plan with an extra workout. I should have saved my $ and just done low carb plus an extra workout (like maybe a week from the last month or 6.0)

Day 61 and abs done! I fucked up my right quad during the RFESS. I wasn't able to do anything with that leg afterwards, so that sucks.

The last three weeks have been a mess, but I finally started week 9 today. I did day 57 and abs. I may try to do some doubling up to catch up...we'll see.

I skipped the cardio yesterday, but completely reorganized my kitchen, pantry and laundry room and took the dog for a walk.
As soon as I finish my coffee and throw food at the kids, I’ll do the strength.
I’m nearly there to 15lbs, but they’ve been sold out everywhere, even Amazon.

Hi! I've been falling ever further behind and really sucking at checking in, but I'm still trucking along with 6.0. Just finished day 48, so I'm done with week 7. I revolted against the day 45 fit test and just did cardio instead. I didn't do any ab days this week, but plan to pick it back up next week. I'm still losing as of last time I stepped on the scale so all in all I'm feeling good. Just going to try to stay consistent from here on out and not take anymore week long breaks 😬.
