Sheet Pan Meals

It came up as a weeknight meal in another thread, and it got me wondering what some of your go-to, tried and true [HASH]sheetpan meals .  This is one of my faves with [HASH]sausage, and with the added wine (sometimes I use broth), it always turns out delicious.

I have done a sausage one with peppers that was amazing and a pork chop one with ranch dressing mix and asparagus.

I have a nacho style one that is waiting to get made next. Such easy meals!

We made it last night and it was delicious. We made way too much tho so I took half of it out half way through baking and froze it for another time. Do you think this will work?

I usually just try freezing whatever leftovers I'd like to freeze... except if I know it got something in it that doesn't freeze well (trail and error LOL). I'm unsure about the pineapple in this recipe tbh. I mean it works on hawaii frozen pizza but then tis not been cooked yet?

I'm going to add one of these to my meal plan for next week and experiment with a tofu or chickpea substitution. Either the honey garlic or lemon thyme smoked paprika version.

🍍 🍊 Fineapple 🍍 🍊 what's your jerk recipe?! Is it just a spice mix? I love jerk chicken.

This morning I cut up half a bag of fingering potatoes and one onion and mixed it with salt, pepper and olive oil. I cooked it on a sheet pan at 425 until brown and then cracked 6 eggs on the top and cooked it for like 5 more minutes. Good.
