1. How did you meet your SO? We were both working at Arbys. He worked there through high school and college. I lasted about 4 months. 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Mine was a call from the RE. I was in shock because my cycles were so short and I didn't think it would work. 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Our city is lame, but as far as the state, it would be going to the beach. We are less then 2 hours away. The beach is one of my favorite places to be.

1. How did you meet your SO? We were in the same program for grad school 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Happy! But then apprehensive bc I began spotting that day and it lasted for about week (but hasn't happened since). 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Go to the beach! We are lucky and live 30 min away from an awesome beach. The water is freezing but it's still a cool place to hang out.

1. How did you meet your SO? High school 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? "Oh shit! What have we done!" 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? We live in an itty bitty town so we have to drive if we want to do anything. Favorite thing to do is hike. There are a lot of trails within an hour drive.

1. How did you meet your SO? DH, his friend, and my mom all worked in the same place. DH and I had both just gotten out of long-term relationships and the friend and my mom thought they should get us together. I was kinda unenthusiastic but lonely and bored so I agreed to "hang out" with him, and here we are, 2.5 kids later. 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Total denial. I started testing really early bc I had a bunch of cheapie tests... so for the first few days I thought I was hallucinating the 2nd line (and so did DH). Then I spotted for a few days and thought I was getting my period... but I didn't. Then the tests were turning obviously and immediately positive and I still didn't want to believe it, lol.3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Clearly this is a popular answer, but we love our city's beach. It's nice for us and the kids. And we often stop for soft serve on the way home. There's also a really nice place with nature trails about 5 minutes away that we go to for walks during 3 seasons out of the year. It's nice to be able to let the kids run free range without worrying about traffic.

1. How did you meet your SO? Match. com lol. I was bored at work, and just swiping through profiles that I wasn't even matched with, and his pic came up and I thought, hey, he's cute. Started talking that night, pretty much nonstop for a week, we met up that weekend, and we both just knew after the first date. I don't think I've ever felt instantly at ease with anyone like I did with him.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Lots of muffled squealing lol. We had been TTC for just over a year, and I was starting to feel really down about it. I was charting, and all of my OPKs were showing up positive for almost a week, so I figured it was another anovulatory cycle. I actually tested with a HCG strip by accident, and didn't realize it til after I used it, and saw a faint line. Immediately took like 4 more tests, ran to the store for a digital, then taped all of the darkest ones to the mirror for H to see when he got home from work lol.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Hiking. The mountains in AZ are gorgeous.

And all you beach people are making me homesick. I'm from SC, most recently Charleston, and we lived 20 minutes from the Isle of Palms. We used to go every weekend. Gah, I miss the ocean.

1. How did you meet your SO? In college. We had a mutual group of friends. I actually knew his brother first, who is a year older than me. I'm 2 years older than my H. It's weird I ended up marrying a younger guy because I really only dated older guys before him. He was super mature (still is) for his age and most people are shocked he's not the older brother.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Disbelief. I didn't believe it was true or that it would stick due to the multiple incidents we had before. I still sometimes won't let myself believe this is going to happen. We had been trying for a year.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? I'm jealous of all of you that live by the beach. We don't live by a beach, but have an overabundance of lakes where we live. That's where it's at in the summer. I also really enjoy football season and attending as many games as possible.

1. How did you meet your SO? We met in line to a club 19 years ago. We didn't actually start dating until 3 years later but I knew from the moment we met that he was the one for me.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? I was overjoyed! This was our second round of IVF and I was scheduled for a blood test 3 days later but decided to pee on a stick that day. I did like 3 pregnancy tests that day just to make sure it was a BFP.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? I live in New England so there's nothing more that I look forward to then our summers. Every month there's some kind of wine or food festival, carnival or fair that comes to our nearby towns.

1. How did you meet your SO? At work. We were both cashiers at the same grocery store.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? This was my first time needing to POAS, so I was excited. But also shocked because it was our first cycle trying and I was convinced it would take several cycles.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Every year there's an outdoor musical at Zilker park. I love going to that. I may be skipping this year though. They run mid July-mid August and it's going to be SO HOT. it's an Elvis thing this year so I won't be too sad to miss it.

1. How did you meet your SO? High school. We started dating toward the end of our senior year.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? I was in shock! We had just hit the 1 year mark of TTC. Earlier in the year, I had a few cycles where I skipped a period and my cycles had just started to get more regular at this point. When my period was late, I was sure it was just my cycles getting whacked out again for some reason. I even put off testing because I was so sure it would be negative! I had actually tested a week before on a whim and got a BFN. I remember telling H, "I'm gonna take this test, then we can go drink since I know this will be negative." When that test turned positive, I was in complete and utter shock!
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? We love craft beer, so visiting breweries and pubs is one of our go-to activities. The apartment that we lived in before we bought our house was within walking distance to a brewery. We took full advantage of that!

1. How did you meet your SO? My bff used to work with him and she gave him my number (with my permission). We texted for a couple days and went on our first date that Friday.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Happy, disbelief, scared. We had been trying for a year and this was my first real cycle after my loss. I ovulated really early for me (CD 12 as opposed to CD 20) so I wasn't sure it would happen.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? There is literally nothing to do in my city. I guess eat? But we don't even have good restaurants really. Lol
But there's a town close by that we like to go canoeing every summer. It's where MH first said he loved me and it's just a fun place.

1. How did you meet your SO? In a pub poker league, I was a regular and he started coming out more often to see me. I actually turned him down the first time he asked me out — I was 32 and he was only 25. But he was so cool about it and still wanted to be around me, so he wore me down, lol. Our first date was his 26th birthday.
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Shock and omg, we’re going to have 3 kids! I know my cycle and we had been avoiding fertile times.... but didn't that month, we even talked about being ok with another before risking it. At my age (41.5), the odds of getting pregnant even during fertile time are less than 10%, so I kind of feel like it was meant to be. Definitely had an omg moment when I saw the definite line though, I tested pretty early.
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? My first thought is food! We have such a fabulous selection of great restaurants in the area and I love trying new things. DH is less adventurous with food, but the good thing about being in the south is most places make sure to include “safe” options, so he can always get a steak or pork dish while I’m having fun. We also just bought a lake spot about an hour drive away that has been our family bonding escape for the last 6 months. I can’t wait until it gets warm and we can go boating and swimming.

1. How did you meet your SO?
At a party on college, through my ex (who I was still seeing at the time, but wasn't a healthy relationship and should have ended long before)
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around?
Disbelief because we had been trying about 6 months and I didn't have AF the previous month. The blood draw I had with the OB 3 weeks earlier was negative (the OB I saw later said it wasn't really negative). I think I actually ovulated late, we had a ton of stress the previous month. MH was ecstatic
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town?
Haven't really found anything to awesome to do here. We moved almost 2 years ago from SoCal and while the COL and schools are way better in the Midwest, the food options are all pretty blah and there's nothing super exciting where we are

1. How did you meet your SO? At a college party right before my freshman year. I had just broken up with my high school boyfriend and had no intention of getting in a relationship. 14 years later, we're still together. 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? I tested out my trigger shot so I had several days of darkening positives before I believed it was real. Than it was a mix of joy and terror (PGAL). 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? We live in the land of microbreweries so not pregnant, we do that a lot. We also hike in the foothills quite often.

1. How did you meet your SO? Elementary school, though we didn't date until high school 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Excited but a little bit of dread because it was day 2 of 5 of the in laws visit and now I couldn't drink. 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Walk through the antique stores, go to the local coffee shop for delicious coffee, then the cafe next door for lunch, and walk the trails to a park all in a few block radius. I love the town we moved to.

1. How did you meet your SO? At work (my first job out of college) - we both still work here
2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Excited and nervous - we'd been trying for a couple cycles but it took almost 6 months with DD, so I was glad things happened so quickly, and also freaked out about the possibility of a second kid!
3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? I live in a vacation beach town, but I don't like going to the touristy spots - we have a path through open space to the ocean that's an easy walk from my house. I love going out there with my dog (and maybe kid and H, but mostly just me and the dog) and enjoying nature and checking the waves.

1. How did you meet your SO? High school 2. How did you react when the pregnancy test turned positive this time around? Shocked because it happened MUCH quicker than with my son, but we are very happy. I have had some fear about not being able to love this new one like my first, but in my heart of hearts I know that won't be a problem. 3. What's your favorite activity to do in your city/town? Just fun events because there's always something. Festivals, free events, whatever we can find!

Ooo, we do have some decent antique stores within an hour or so. I have a list of more within driving distance I want to get to
