Age of LO(s): 2 1/2
Month/Cycle: 25 / 2 AL
CD/DPO: CD 25, 12 DPO.
Timing: O -1 and +1
RRCS: Just waiting. I'm feeling as sick as a parrot, tender boobs and intermittent cramps, so I'm definitely pre-menstrual. H is optimistic because that's the way his mind works. I'm neither optimistic nor pessimistic. There's nothing I can do or say that will make any difference at this point anyway. And it's not as though a BFP means we'll end up with a baby anyway.

purple I’m right there with you on the “what difference does it make” train today. So sorry it’s not a train ride either of us want to take! Age of LO(s): 5.5 Month/Cycle: 16? 17? CD/DPO: 10/ — Timing: Hcg trigger shot yesterday; IUI this morning. Dr recommends “relations” this evening. [Yes, he and his whole office use that term and I have a real problem not snickering like a 12yo every time I receive these instructions.] RRCS: DH has been on anti-anxiety meds for two months and we were hopeful they might have stopped the plummeting sperm counts he’s been having. Newp. Worst numbers yet today. Even the doctor seemed like he didn’t think there was much point in doing the IUI, but we were all there and I did very expensive injections this cycle, so on we went.

I'm sorry, shakinros. It's a miserable way to feel. I'm not sure I'd be able to keep a straight face if a doctor recommended "relations". I'll be praying that this month works for you.

shakinros so sorry about the bad numbers...but maybe the "relations" plus the IUI will be enough. It only takes one (that's what I keep telling SO when he's not feeling great about our chances). purple I totally get the "meh" feeling too. I am there more often than not. But I have to believe that your next positive will put you on the good side of the 50% odds. I'll feel optimistic for you this cycle:)

And AF has arrived. At least it was just before bedtime so I didn't mess up the sheets? On to a new month. Maybe this one will work.

Age of LO(s): 2.t
Month/Cycle: 10/2AL? Chemical in January
CD/DPO: cd17
Timing: I'm waiting for a positive opk, but my guess is -4, -1 and potentially we could get in another at o or +1.
RRCS: I'm ready, but I'm also used to negative tests. I can't tell if this is getting easier or harder.

RRCS: I'm ready, but I'm also used to negative tests. I can't tell if this is getting easier or harder. I'm sorry about your loss. And completely agree with the quoted. For me it's both. Every loss makes it harder, every CD1 is harder, and at the same time, life goes on, especially as my child is getting more and more independent.

It's messy.
