I'm cheating on my elimination diet a bit and started having a cup of coffee each day. It was a matter of survival. The headaches were unbearable. It's down from my usual 4 cups a day so still an improvement. I am sleeping better and I assume that's a result of less caffeine. And I'm feeling more energetic during the day than usual so overall I'd say it's working out.

I'm going to continue with 3 caffeine drinks a day for another week. The headaches are still pretty bad.

I'm back to eating every three hours. I am toying with the idea of no outside food this week.

I'm going to continue with 3 caffeine drinks a day for another week. The headaches are still pretty bad. Definitely continue with 3 till your body adjusts. Don't reduce till you're ready

My lunches are good this week: turkey, cucumber, tomato and mozzarella. The problem is they aren't filling enough....or according to my stomach they aren't, so I have to will myself not to raid the snack pantry here at work. I need to get some healthy snacks to have here, so that if I do snack it isn't on crap.

Today I am going to go to the gym and I am hoping that I am healed enough now that I can make this a daily thing. I am also working on getting my daily protein allotment from food vs protein shakes, which is the goal on my food plan this week. Oh and I am going to attempt salad today. I'm hoping my stomach is ready for it.

I'm working on sticking to my diet. I've been following the zone diet. I've been doing well with the exception of Sat and Sun. I've also decreased my alcohol and haven't been drinking much during the week. Aiming to get in 4 boot camp classes this week as well.

Speed walked a mile and biked 2 miles. I forgot to bring a sports bra though so despite my shower and fresh underpants, I feel gross.

I'm contemplating the c25k program. Has anyone done this? I started it and I think I did maybe 2.5 weeks? I loved it. Life just got busy and then we moved so I stopped. I thought about doing it again but it's all gravel around us. And the road is to busy to run on.

Ideally I'd like to weigh myself naked, first thing in the morning, after I've gone to the bathroom and before I've eaten or drank anything. But... I guess I can just do a normal weigh in.

I've upped my water intake. I've cut out all other liquids except 1 coffee or iced coffee a day.
