The Trying to Conceive After a Loss thread is posted once a week (generally on Tuesday) for those of us who have unfortunately experienced a loss. No matter what type of loss you've experienced, from miscarriage to stillbirth to the loss of a child, it is heartbreaking. This thread is to help us commiserate, get support, and to try to navigate trying to conceive, after a loss, every week.
Out of respect to all the ladies here, please add a trigger warning if you decide to talk about any living children and please hide your signature if it contains pictures or tickers of babies or children. We also kindly ask for grads to refrain from commenting in this thread.
If you get a BFP, kindly either spoiler alert it or do not post it here at all.
**If this is your first check-in, and you would like to provide a gtky loss history intro go for it. If not, no worries!**
How are you doing?

How are you doing? OK. Feeling cautiously optimistic for this cycle.
Status (TTA, TTC, Benched): TTC
Diagnosis (if applicable): NA
Updates/questions: Nothin'.
Debbie downer (a place to vent ) : I'm feeling hopeful. I'm hoping for a high reading tomorrow or Wednesday and we're planning to start EOD on Wednesday. I'm hoping that once I get my peak reading that we can manage 3 days in a row this cycle. That seems to be the only thing that has actually worked for us in the past:/

How are you doing? I'm coping.
Status (TTA, TTC, Benched):TTC
Diagnosis (if applicable): N/A
Updates/questions: Ovulation was very painful last week. It isn't usually. And I had a tiny bit of pink spotting at the weekend, again unusual. Obviously, because both of these are different, my brain is choosing to interpret them as hopeful signs. I'm trying to prepare for crushing disappointment again soon.
Debbie downer (a place to vent ): Finding the loss and ttc boards here has already made a difference. Thank you all. Even if a miracle happens and I get pregnant and, more miraculously, stay pregnant, I'll try to hang around.

purple I’ve felt ovulation with my last two pregnancies. Which I find odd because I usually don’t. Staying hopeful for you and sammysam

How are you doing? Everything hurts and I'm dying. Basically.
Status (TTA, TTC, Benched): TTC-ish
Diagnosis (if applicable): unexplained secondary IF, genetic testing on loss showed no abnormalities
Updates/questions: Sweet Jesus. Since I never O'd I finally finished Provera on CD80 and holy crap this is the worst AF I have ever seen. I was freaking out that I was dying or something but the nurse at my RE's office said this is normal; bright red bleeding, changing a super plus tampon about every 45 mins. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
Debbie downer (a place to vent): Besides the Provera withdrawal bleeding fiasco I'm still having moments where I feel fine and at peace with all this BS and other moments where I want to crawl in a hole. H and I wanted 4 kids close in age, at this point we'll be lucky if we can have a second. This morning I was thinking this was all fine, and that we'll have a second kid eventually, and then maybe we'll just NTNP to see what happens and then eventually decide we're past the age where we want to have kids. And then within minutes I was in tears just so upset over all of this. Uggggghhh.

charliefox, I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time. I've had periods that heavy and they're nightmarish. Praying that it doesn't continue this bad for long and that your cycles go back to normal after this.
