1. I started some new exercise classes last week, which was great. But then there were a few events at the local brewery, so more beers in the week than usual.
2. Pack healthy snacks for my long painting days, and continue with exercising at least 4 days per week.
3. Long term, I'd still like to lose about 15 lbs and get generally better at healthy eating on a consistent basis. Also, I've realized that IVF kinda destroyed some of my self confidence in my body, so I'd like to rebuild that.
4. I want to feel good in my body. This is part of both my long term goal, and daily motivation, since I know my gut doesn't always feel great when I make unhealthy food choices.

1. How did it go the last couple weeks? Pretty good. We were out of town last week and I ate a lot but I was more active than my usual so I actually lost almost a pound. I was really happy with that!
2. What is your short term goal for this week? Get back to healthier eating and my exercise routine.
3. What is your long term goal? Lose about 50 pounds and generally eat nutritious meals.
4. What helps to keep you motivated to get healthy? This is hard for me. I recently decided I want to start riding again and that will definitely require a lower weight, so I’m using that as my motivator right now. Of course I want to feel better, too but that hasn’t been enough for me in the past!
