I’m a special ed teacher and I’ve just been wearing sneakers. My admin are okay with it, especially since our hallways are very slippery during the winter and I’m on my feet all day.
If I have a CSE meeting or something more formal, I have memory foam dress shoes that I bought at DSW (I can’t remember the brand) that are good for shorter-term wear.

I'm no help on this matter lol. I wear sneakers all day. The joys of working in a nursing home!

I'm a music teacher and am still able to wear my flats. Whenever I'm at my desk, I am propping my feet up to at about hip height which is helping with the swelling. I know it's going to get much worse as time goes on and it gets warmer outside. My favorites are SoftWalk Napas. I have them in black and nude. They provide enough support for my high arches and I already have wide feet so FX these still fit after.

I love Sketchers memory foam shoes. I wear the sneakers to work, but I have a pair of casual flats with memory foam that are pretty comfortable.
