Pretty liberal use of the word "Plan" for us this week. Sunday: Tomato chickpea curry with lemon rice Monday: meeting inthekitty and chrisy01 at Goofy's Kitchen Tuesday: southwest pasta salad Wednesday: infusion for me so I'm ordering pizza for the boys Thursday: blueberry pancakes, roasted onion potatoes Friday: mujadara, falafel salad, shawarma chickpeas Saturday: vegan one pot hamburger helper

M: Cobb salad but I'm putting out tortillas if anyone wants to skip the lettuce part. Tu: butternut squash risotto and roasted broccoli W: ahi tuna, sautéed spinach, and black rice Th: chicken and squash parm F: burgers, sweet potato fries and avocado salad Sa: tortilla pizzas

My meals this week are pretty uninspiring.
-pancakes, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage -ground turkey tacos -grilled cheese -chicken lettuce wraps

Sunday: steak, mac & cheese, roasted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix) Monday: baked chicken, pasta side & roasted brussel sprouts Tuesday: spinach artichoke ravioli with caesar salad (this has become our traditional Tuesday night meal since it is easy enough for mh to make while we're at swim class) Wednesday: baked pesto & parm pork chops with rice Thursday: salisbury steak w/ mashed potatoes & corn
