Peekaru, i call that a double win. i started running again this year. it's a really really slow run. like mall walkers walk faster than i run. but i am running so that's something!

I'm going to the gym after work. I've decided to do a circuit workout of leg presses, assisted pull up, box step up things, and planks. I really just want to go home and drink wine though. BUT I'll work out and have wine and then sex. The sex will burn the wine off.

I made it today but lacked motivation. My eating has been on point so there is that. But i think it's the weather that is making me lack motivation.

I am just getting over being stiff from my workout last Saturday!
So there's this guy at the gym I go to at lunch that just gives me the creeps. He's friendly I guess, but he just goes out of his way to always say hi, tries to get my attention, I can see him looking at me in the window/mirror reflections. Ugh! This is why I hate co-ed gyms. I'm always zoned out with my headphones on and I've got mad RBF, but he's not getting the hint.

I want to try this for washing my hair. Not because I workout but because dry ends. www.ponydry.com So what does it do? You just wash your scalp and the rest stays dry?

layloo yeah I always wear it! I used to think wedding rings would be a deterrent for creepers, but I'm finding that's not the case.

My workouts this week have been non-existent. So, I'm counting the following as workouts: 1-riding my bike to and from my art class on Tues night (maybe 2 1/2 miles total) 2-sex on Tues night That's all I got. I have been moving a bunch of crap at school and lugging around books and boxes to pack up, so I am going to count that too.
I'm hoping to do a run or bike ride this weekend but I think it is going to get hot, like maybe close to 100* on Sunday? I'll have to get out early.

Like, your body is 90% made in the kitchen and 10% in the gym or whatever the saying is. So I'm saying good job on the healthy eating!

Today I started week 5 of hammer and chisel. That means I'm halfway through the program (already). I took some progress shots and I can't believe the difference. I really wasn't expecting this much of a physical change especially since my weight is only down 2 lbs. my back especially which tends to be a problem area for me.

I told her that my goal is to be able to do an unassisted pull-up. We did a lot of pull-ups. She also had me push some thing that must weight 2 tons down the hallway.

I agree with this (I tell myself 80/20 because I want chips, but close enough). If you're not watching your diet you'll never get the results you want. (If you're trying to lose weight). Pizzaslut omg chin ups. I don't see me ever being able to do those. Good job. I love before/after (or during) results photos!

I did one workout last week which isn't enough to help my knee so I'm going to set a couple alarms during the day to remind me to do some quick strength exercises.

I did pretty damn good with working out last week. I am running a faster mile and running for longer, so that's great!
I ate taco bell - my body hated me. Then i feel like i continued to eat not so great but I really think i didn't do that bad.
I am switching over to T25 work outs this week since H is out of town and I can't get to the gym. I was sweating balls last night.
Goals to get my workouts in and drink lots of water and continue with healthy choices.

Highs: Good workouts Lows: Sugar, as per
Goals: get my son to sleep through the night? in his own bed? no?
Seriously though the lack of sleep is making it harder for me to workout. I hope to get 4 more good workouts in this week. I also hope to get up to 4 miles in one of my runs. It's been a while since I've gone over 3.5.

High: I was good last week! Had 3 really good workouts and pretty much stayed within my calorie goals. I'm at my goal weight and I didn't go off the rails and binge on the weekend.
Low: Just a bit of snacking on chips/popcorn... but not too bad because I didn't buy much.
Goal: I want a 6-pack. Or some kind of pack. And a super perky booty. #goals. Also I'd like to use less salad dressing, it adds a ton of calories and fat to my meals!
Accomplishments: Ran into an acquaintance at the gym and she said "wow, you run fast" ☺️. I also bought a risqué outfit for Vegas and I feel pretty confident in it.

High: I have been getting in so much working out with my garden. I am calling it a work out because I sweat and am so sore the next day. It is really big (about 25 feet long and 15 feet wide) and I am still hand tilling. So I am counting it haha. I've also got a lot of walks in.
Low: No real low this week. Again, working on my diet but hey that's a lifetime process.
Goal: My big goal is to eat 6-10 servings of fruit and veg a day to push out other stuff. I am tracking it in my planner, and it is eye opening. I thought I had so many vegetables yesterday and it was only 4 haha. So I am going to focus on pushing that number up!

Took the girls for a walk around the neighborhood the past few days! I need to get back into running but I'm having such a hard time dragging my ass out of bed lately. At least the walking is something!

I'm killing it at workouts and doing great with my macros. I'm looking and feeling leaner but because I'm reverse dieting (repairing/increasing my metabolism by slowly eating more calories each week) I'm only down about 3 lbs.it looks and feels like more. Feeling awesome!
