Here's a random question for you all. How do you clean hair from in the bathroom? Like seriously it drives me insane! I just cleaned my bathroom and I always have a hard time getting all the random stray hairs up, they end up sticking to everything once wet. And then I'm spending forever trying to make sure there are none. It's gotten much better since DS1 had his hair dreaded (like it was seriously gross before), so now it's basically just my hair. Any tips?

librarylady I'm usually going like this all day (on the inside) and thinking I'm the worst but then I try to remember that W and I have tickle races, play in the shower with shaving cream, build forts, read a million stories, etc all day. Throughout that I probably asked myself a million times if this is my real life (usually as he's flinging some type of food on the floor) but I know the majority of our days are happy with some bs thrown in for flavor.

Any tips? When I shower I do that gross ball up all the stray hairs on the shower wall thing, then just scoop them up in a Kleenex when I'm done. Other than that my hair brush catches a lot, and I go over the counters with a wet cloth/Kleenex daily. I also vacuum every 2-3 days because I have a lab and if I don't I get fur tumbleweeds everywhere.

Update on DH's coworker: his girlfriend is "going to New York" to "finish treatment" because it's "too expensive here."

I mean, I have noodles in the fridge. It would be a really easy choice. I'm just kind of getting tired of noodles. I feel like I've had them like twice a week for 3 weeks now. And I love pasta.

I feel like I've had them like twice a week for 3 weeks now. And I love pasta. I could eat pasta every.single.day. so I still say just do pasta. If that's easier on you while solo parenting. I'm all for it.

Any tips? I vacuum after the bathroom dries. Then mop. But more realistically when it's damp, I try and sweep it into a pile using a hard bristle broom. Then trash it. Hair everywhere in the bathroom is my BFs 2nd biggest annoyance of things I do (1st being bobby pins alllll over the house).

redandblue, I use packing tape to pick up hair...not joking. Only works when everything is dry, but I just rip a piece and stick it on the floor or rug or counter or wherever a few times to get all the stray hairs that were left behind by other methods of cleaning.

This is genius! Like I do all the other things. Often trying sweep up with something dry first (I use a norwex dry/wet mop...same thing as swifter but reusable). But it's when it's wet, it drives me bonkers! Tape is a great solution!
