jewels I removed WW 2 weeks ago. The 1st week I went up 2# even drinking 100oz water per day and eating good. This weekend I find myself searching for food because I was hungry. I realized I use bread and rice etc to fill me up and i berg something besides just fruit carbs to fill that. I started doing things a little more keto style and I haven't snacked all night. I just added heartier things that have higher pt value because they are fattier. But I'm not doing high fat just not low fat low carb diet. I finally started losing some weight after 2weeks and I'm slightly under my starting weight. I'm still within the WW plan too! Good luck jewels!

@sunny it is hard sometimes to feel full, you’re right. I do still eat bread a lot, eggs, smoked salmon and bananas help too.

Reviving this to tell you I got into the 130's today!
I've lost 45 pounds since I came home from the hospital with P. Found my "before" pic, and wow. I had a long ways to go.

Mh wasn't interested and I'm just not finding the time to fit them in any more. I know they say "hey, it's only 7 minutes", but I seriously don't even feel like I have that most evenings.

cagoldi, I still have the app on my phone. I haven't really been counting points, but I've been scanning things to try to make better choices (like which brand of granola bars has less points) so the items I'm purchasing are better. Then I've been going to Wendy's and stopping for Donuts, so I guess all that is for nothing. I lost 5 lbs and have only gained back about 1.5 so I guess that's something... I know tomorrow will be a bad day. So now I am hopeful to start again Thursday. I'd like to lose 8 pounds by Thanksgiving. Well I'd like to lose 15 pounds by Thanksgiving, but I'll settle for 8 . My total goal is 20 lbs. I am just writing that down to hold myself accountable.

I’m on for 2 weeks, off for 2, back on for 3, then off again. I kept the exercise down to a simple and doable 100 push-ups, jumping jacks and squats, and I’m a week into intermittent fasting 10-6. I like that because, usually, anything I eat after dinner is just bored snacking.

Dragging this up, because it does in fact, keep me accountable. I’m down 35lbs. I’m having a hard time with the cold weather & the seasonal treats and festivities. I’ve decided that I’m happy if I don’t gain weight these next few weeks, but that I don’t have to loose any. Since I gave myself a year to loose 45lbs, I’ll have January till May to loose the last 10lbs.

Reviving this because I have some NSVs and I want to tell you about them:
- at Thanksgiving, my grandma told me I look fit. - I think? I might be starting to see a little definition in my butt! - I feel strong. I’ve never been athletic or particularly active, even when I was young and thin so this seems like a big deal. - the last couple weeks I’ve fallen madly in love with Buti Yoga. I found myself checking the clock when I woke up MOTN to see if it was time to get up and do my workout. I was looking forward to it that much!

vino, thanks for checking in. It was... not good. I really struggled to stay on track between a lot of stress at home and at work, I ate my feelings more than I should have. Then add in 20 lbs of Thanksgiving leftovers begging to be eaten. But I actually weighed myself the other day and while I didn't lose anything, I didn't gain anything either. So I'll take that as a win, and with the holidays coming up, my goal is to just stay steady through the new year and try to start then.

cagoldi TTMA Buti Yoga!? I googled and it looks awesome! Do you go somewhere? online? subscribe? Girl, it’s AMAZING. I bought the Foundations DVD (that also came with five free downloads) and the Buti Bands DVD (came with bands, of course) web they were running some deal for $30. It’s haaaaard. Like, these foundations workouts are kicking my ass and I can barely do some of the moves (these are supposedly for beginners), but I’m getting better. Once I feel I’ve mastered enough of these, I’ll probably look at an online subscription ($40/month) or more DVDs. I have found dozens of her videos on YouTube so you could see about those before committing to any purchase. We do have a couple yoga studios that offer a class but it’s very sporadic. If I can find a date and time that works, I’ll probably go to one just so I can have someone help me with my form. It’s definitely not traditional, but it is fun and all about women’s empowerment. I consider it yoga inspired more than actual yoga. The instructor can get kind of new-agey sometimes but that goes with the territory. She developed the workouts after healing from a traumatic birth and I’ve found exercise to be so good at helping heal sexual trauma, so I kind of love that about the whole thing, too.
